A good college which is less known to many but is a hidden gem

I choose this course because of the job opportunities and better future prospects. I also believe due to the higher demand in IT sector most of the students are taking this course so it will increase the competition I also have a start-up idea in case there is no vacancy in high-paying jobs. There are about 3 maths teachers, 2 Chemistry, 2 Physics faculty, and 3 Electrical teachers and about 30 more teachers so I guess we have a fair number of teachers. And about 65 students are there in the 1st year. Teachers with M.Sc and PHDs degrees. And their teaching methods are really great. Exams like CA occurs monthly 4 times and 1 semester after 4-5 months. Semesters exams are of medium difficulty.

The total fee is about 3.68 Lakhs for the 4-year course. I think the cost is reasonable but other courses have a fee of about 2.4 lakhs. But the faculty and infrastructures are really good. we don't need to pay extra for buying any book we get those from the book bank in the library. And the laboratories are equipped with all the necessary items. Scholarship like the Swami Vivekananda Merit cum Scholarship was the one most of the students applied for. It has eligibility for students who should have an annual income of 2.1 lacks or less and have obtained 70% in class 12.

Yes annual fest takes place in the month of April and the tech fest is also organized with the Techno group and students from other colleges also take part in such fests. Books and journals are available in the library and we also have NDLI club access which also gives us access to research journals using colleges' passkey. The classrooms are fairly normal with a sitting capacity of about 60 students and we got big green boards for teachers to teach. Annual sports day passed recently with competitions such as the High jump, long jump, 400m race, 100m race, and spoon-marble race for girls. And we have JIS saman for Dancing, singing, recitation, portrait, chess, carrom, basketball, and volleyball. etc matches.

You need to have science in your 12th and you need an aggregate mark of 50% in all subjects. I gave the wbjee exam and got a good rank and in counseling, I got into this college. The admission procedure was simple you need to pay 5000rs to get the provisional letter and pay a semester + admission fees of about 60 thousand rupees. I didn't get any reservations. And I think the counseling this year was very late. So, I wish it was a bit faster.
