Course Curriculum Overview

Industrial needs to get job opportunities. Faculty: student ratio is 1:4. Many are PHDs also doctors and teach through various ppts, white boards, projectors, etc. Term exams occurred every 4 months and were much more difficult than expected.

Internships Opportunities

College gives us internships in ngo and many IT companies like TCS, HCl, m&m, Wipro, etc. The main aim of the college is to give internships and placement to each and every student of the college of every branch Thank u

Placement Experience

The students are eligible for placement after the 6th semester. But with no kt in any of the semesters. Many companies visit the campus rounds like KP Morgan, Infosys, Google, Tech Mahindra, etc. The average package is 3 lakhs and the highest package goes to 30 lakhs. There are 80% of students get placed in companies every year.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees of the following course are 1 lakh 68 thousand per year. And there will be some changes in the fees for the overall 4 years. They will also provide you with the structure of the fees. the placement of the college is also good, 80% of the students have been placed in the company with a minimum package of 3 lakhs and more.

Campus Life

There is also a cultural fest named Zephyr which is held in the month of October. The college contains a big Library with lots of books which will be needed in your academic year. The classroom is also big with a capacity of 100 benches including the AC and projectors. There are many clubs run by the college students like NCC, Rotract, NSS, ISTE, EWT, etc.

Admission

There are highly qualified professional teachers in our college who are very helpful and have good knowledge of the subject. In this course curriculum, they make students industry-ready by giving importance to practicals in the syllabus and having quality workshops and teachers.

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. i got in this college through mht cet and i wanted to go into tcet as it was near to my house and one of the main reason is placement.
