Remarks

It has been amazing studying here in LPU. Made new friends from different cultures. Mess food, Internships, Hostel in terms of food and cleanliness - these areas needed improvement. LPU provides lot of opportunities and platform to showcase an individuals talent. For ex- Youthvibe an annual event of 5 days take place.

Entrance Preview

I have given LPU Nest exam and I got percentage in top 5. To be honest the college doesn't have any donation system and it is much cheaper than other universities. Admission process was based through online application form. It was smooth and easy process.

Course Curriculum Overview

RCC, Steel structure, Estimation and costing, Water resources management - these subjects are my favourite.

Internships Opportunities

Yes, selected students got the Internship. Every students should get internship through college.

Placement Experience

Yes, Placements are provided here. The average package is Rs. 4-5 lac per annum. L&T and many more Companies visited for the campus placement.

College Events

AVIV, One India, Fresher's party, Farewell, Workshops and many more events are organised in the campus.College fests and events are a good source fro developing network with other students and sharpening management skills.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Tuition fees is Rs. 86k per year. Hostel fees is Rs. 74k per year. Yeah, It is affordable.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Yes, scholarships are provided here on the basis of 10+2 marks and many students got this opportunity.

Campus Life

I love infrastructure, safety & security and most important no such seniority and ragging in the college. All the students whether junior or senior are really of good nature.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel is ok ok but mess food is not good excluding morning breakfast. Mess food needed a lot of improvement.

Every year alumni are invited to the college for social gathering, dinner and sports event.

Yes, exams held timely and got results on time. Difficulty level in internal exams is Moderate.

One thing I feel bad about the college is the placement cell and the marketing department. If they work hard on this , they will get more admissions and good revenue. But it will need time to make the market in this field.

Remarks:

Overall the college management It good but there is only one problem that we don't get the admit card until we pay the next semester fee.They should have a common sense that why would we leave the college after 5 or 6 semesters and we have paid the fee for that particular semester so we should be given admit card on time. It was the best experience in my entire life.It taught me so much and I'll remember it in my entire life.

Awesome College and Environment

Remarks:

College was good. If you have to know about Punjab than must go there everything was very excellent. College management was co-operative and supported us all aspects.

Not a very good experience

Remarks:

Please do not opt for this college. I am not sure if things have improved there or not. But please do your due diligence before opting for this college.I think now the fee structure has been revamped and it costs much less.

Due to more number of student per student derives level reduced its make a harsh full environment to control this management forced illogical nonsense rules which make student panic management need to strong to manage mob without hampering their freedom.

Good in campus environment

After i entered , it was heaven seriously speaking from a small town LPU life for me is no less than a dream life. So here are some DO's and DONTs LPU :- Alwaysintain 75% attendance otherwise you won't be allowed to give your end term examination. 2. Don't get carried away with the crowd , you won't be able to come back to real life. 3. Be as simple as possible so that distractions doesn't over come your focus . 4. Join various Organisations. Here at LPU we have more that 50 Student running organisations , take initiative and be a part in any of these. 5. Weekly , there will be functions , or something or the other so that Students inside the campus are not board , so enjoy them . 6. As i have mentioned before , be choosey to select your friends world is not good my dear . 7. Yes , LPU have more than 3000 CCTVs and security guards are present within 100mt of range , so if you feel anything uncomfortable or someone is trying to disturb or something like that take there help.
