Course Curriculum Overview

5

Likes The course material is current, and it prepares students for on-campus placements as well as for work in other sectors of the economy. The faculty members here are excellent in both academic and non-academic teaching capacities. They are highly qualified. Dislikes They don't teach properly, so if students are independent learners who don't rely on their teachers, this college is excellent for them. Some of the instructors at our college aren't even knowledgeable in their fields, and some of the instruction they provide isn't very good.

Fees and Financial Aid

One scholarship Telangana's government offers financial aid to students from low-income families. B.Tech Every academic year, first-year students pay a tuition price of Rs. 35,00, together with a special fee of Rs. 4,500; second, third, and fourth-year students pay Rs. 18,00, along with a special cost of Rs. 2,50; and fourth-year students pay Rs. 10,000, along with a special fee of Rs. 2,500. Additionally, all scholarship recipients pay a mess charge of Rs. 1,500 every month for just nine months. According to government guidelines of the ePASS Guidelines approved for each academic year, Scholarship 2 M.Tech regular students and self-financed students receive tuition fee as scholarship amount.

Campus Life

5

The quality of living at Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University Hyderabad is excellent and far superior to that at any other university in the Telangana state. You have many options for things to do in your free time on a campus that is 100 acres large. The campus serves the educational needs of the Telangana state and is entirely Wi-Fi equipped. The instructors here are also really supportive and well trained. In terms of infrastructure, a classroom and a library are furnished with high-quality furniture, including chairs, tables, and other wooden racks. We have a badminton court, a volleyball court, a kabaddi court, a cricket field, a soccer field, a basketball court, a student activity centre, and more when it comes to sports. Both boys' and girls' dormitories are offered on campus. In the hostel, you'll meet some incredible people and benefit from their exposure in some truly spectacular ways.

Placement Experience:

From 4th sem itself students are eligible for placements. Although students get access to paid internships from their 1st year itself, just they need some effort. But as NIAT is yet new and no batch has passed out yet so we still don't have the exact placement percentage rate. But as we are getting paid internships from 1st year itself so it's very evident that placement would also be good

No batch has graduated yet so there's no record of placement data yet. But more than 200 students got internships. Also the unique point of NIAT is students gets internships from their 1st year itself. NIAT has connection in the industry also its unique teaching style, this allows 1st year students to get internships. Although there is no pass out batch yet, still many people got placed in good companies.

Course Curriculum Overview:

My college course curriculum is outdated .As im studying in computer science and engineering,i wpuld love to study about technological aspects and grow as a software engineering but in the course curriculam they teach my about mechanical workshops,There were no practical experience it jsut understanding the concept with theoritical part . i would love lo code but my college wastes entire time by helping with electricals, meachanical basics. i dont think is it really necessary for me understand in all the feilds they think that student should perform in all the fields as im in computer science and engineering student ,They should teach me more about coding and computer ,how it industries works and how these technology enhacning ,the arenot even explore about all these sectos they only teaching me about fundametals of all the subjects which is never useful for my studies . as i am in final year of btech i thought learning and deepdiving into computerscience and engineering subjects is more greater than learning all sector fundamentals,The area they need to improve is removing some of the oudated syllabus from their ciricullum and enhcing with the pratical experience not to teach only theoritical part. they have to teach all the areas with realtime examples. The timings of exams is very good .we do have 2 mid exams and one semester final exams for each sem and the subjects feels meduim level difficulty

Placement cell is least active.. Students become eligible for campus placements after their 6th semester. The companies start visiting in 7th and 8th semesters. The companies are not much good and are mostly service based. So the placement statistics are also not much good. The highest placement last year was 10 lpa and the median placement was around 4.1 lpa. The placements were starting from 2.5 lpa. The better option for students is to apply for off-campus placements or start preparing for competitive exams
