Remarks
Admission to the Netaji Subhash University of Technology in its Btech programs is accepted through the jee marks. To apply to nsut we have to first register in JAC Delhi and choose the preferences of different colleges in JAC Delhi and courses. Different branches have different cutoffs based on the number of students who applied to JAC Delhi. Then there are around 5-6 rounds of seat allocation. If you are allocated any seat in your preferred courses in the colleges you applied to in JAC Delhi, then book your seat in the college and wait for the upgrades in the further rounds. After completing all the rounds there are around 2-3 spot rounds based on the number of seats available in the colleges. Eligibility to apply in JAC Delhi is minimum of 60% in physics, chemistry and maths in 12th boards and qualified jee mains .All the process regarding admission in nsut is given in the jac delhi site .
Course Curriculum Overview
Nsut is among the top colleges in India with great learning opportunities. Technical branches in nsut are better than others. Faculty are highly qualified and educated. The course curriculum is updated and meets the requirements of the changing technology. Faculty to student ratio is around 1:60.
Placement Experience
From semester 7 all the students can sit in the on-campus placement based on the eligibility criteria. There are around 200+ companies that visit our college every year for placements. The highest package is 1 crore+( International). The average package is around 14-15 lakh per annum. Around every student have offers from companies at the end of the placement season.
Fees and Financial Aid
The fees of the 2020-2024 batch are around 8.4 lahks for the entire course. Generally, there is around a 10% hike in fees per year but it is mentioned before the admission about the fees for every year with a 10% hike. There is cvpsk scholarship scheme provided by the college to financially weaker students and reserved category students.
Campus Life
Social life in nsut is very positive and impactful. There are two cultural fests and one technical fest. One is moksha and innovation which is held in March annually. Other is the resonance which is held in October every year. There is also a sports fest held in the month of January every year. There are various clubs and societies for students to interact and learn different things.
