Remarks

First of all, you have to fill out the vitee form, VITEEE happens every year, and since 2020 viteee didn't happen due to the corona viteee rank being made through jee mains percentile. There isn't anything like a reservation, fees are the same for all.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because I was doing coding in my school days. Each class consists of 80-90 students and your main class teacher is known as your proctor. All the teachers are either doing Ph.D. or have already done it. Some of the teachers are really brilliant in their fields while some don't. Teaching methods depend upon students also, some students get things from the same teachers while others don't. There are basically two exams in a semester midterms and TEE or term-end examinations. TEE is really not that difficult to pass if you can understand what's happening in class.

Internships Opportunities

Companies for summer role internship comes after 2 years and your main placements start after 3 years. our placements will start this year in 2023 but till now many companies came for summer intern roles like cisco, Microsoft, Fiserv, Piramal, bmc software, hp, etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fees and categories 01 is 195000 for us and your category depends upon your rank. if you are in 2 or 3 categories it may go up to 3 to 4 lakhs. Vit is really expensive if you are in category 2, 3, or 4. Fees hike doesn't applicable to old students. You can receive a scholarship if you are a state topper or there is a merit scholarship as well.

Campus Life

Life is not dry at VIT. you will always see a crowd. There are many tech fests like Vivaan, AdVITya, and other tech fests. Also, there are so many clubs and each club conducts its events regularly and it's compulsory to be there in 2 clubs in a year. The library is really huge and you can issue the book for 7 days. The classroom is well-equipped and you have almost every playing facility available on campus. You will really enjoy your college life. Some clubs are cooking club, DSC, singing, dancing, coding ninjs , gfg club, mozilla, d2c club, etc.

Overall Good Experience at EEC

Likes

good infrastructure, clean campus and well equipped classrooms and labs.
Faculty members are supportive and explain concepts clearly with practical examples.
Good placement opportunities, career guidance and opportunities to participate in activities.

Dislikes

The workload can be huge sometimes, especially during examinations and project submissions.
some subjects could include more practical and industry-oriented learning
More campus activities and student interactions opportunities would improve campus life.

Placement Experience:

Students can join job drives from the 7th term. Many firms visit the campus for jobs and offer roles in tech and other fields. The pay varies by firm and role. EEC has a good job rate and gives help for job prep. After my degree, I plan to work in the tech field and grow my skills.

Experienced faculties, their constant encouragement to students to participate in seminars, lectures, internships, intercollegiate programs and other research based conferences and activities.
The college had good infrastructure, modern laboratories, smart classrooms, sports facilities and a slate clean campus.
The placement cell, incubation cell, and intellectual property cell of our college are easily approachable and they help in developing our ideas, patenting and registering them.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum covers important subjects such as cell biology, microbiology, biochemistry, genetics, immunology, bio processing, principles of chemical engineering, and wr have hands on practice through pur well-equipped laboratory sessions.

This is the best college overall

Likes

The curriculum provided is really nice and understandable.
It is relevant and is effective as well.
The boy girl ratio is on the other hand a little less as in 45:15.

Dislikes

The way some facilities behave with students is really bad especially in our branch.
Some facilities are too rude and they often don’t want to listen to students point of view

Placement Experience:

Students are open to campus placements from 2nd year onwards. There are many companies who visit such as Delloite, Accenture, Cognizant, TCS, Amazon, NatWest, Nokia, etc. Highest package offered is 42 lpa and lowest is maybe 2-4lpa. Around 90% of students get placed here. My plans is to get a job through campus recruitment. Currently I got an internship through campus recruitment in Cognizant so the recruitment is quite nice here.

Placement Training and Career development at CIT

In my college , I experienced diversed equality and gained more knowledge by training staffs and assessments

Placement Experience:

One thing I really need to appreciate at CIT is its placement training program. The placement team conducts regular sessions on 1. aptitude 2. coding 3. communication skills 4. group discussions and 5. interview preparation which helped me feel more confident during placements. The trainers were friendly and always encouraged us to improve our skills step by step. They provide continuous guidance and feedback throughout the training process. Mock interviews and one to one assessments helped me to understand my strength and weak areas and I work on improvements . These sessions not only improved my technical and communication skills but also boosted my confidence . The placement training team played an important role in preparing me for career opportunities and industry expectation

My bad campus life

The environment is very good.its very natural atmosphere.
Teaching and facilitys are nice.we can learn very much.
The all facility is near by near .its a good thing.

Dislikes

The management is very bad.they not consider our students.
The fees structure is very different for all students.its too bad.and they decided the fees category is very cheep.
The hostel facility is not good.and also food its very bad.

Actually i like computer jobs. So i selected the course. Its very different one. Mainly programming. But its very interesting and valuable.cse computer science is a very high value course and i have lot of opportunities after completing the course. I.think in this types of course in curriculum they want to include practical sections more than text books.

The thing I most liked is the campus the infrastructue
There are a many clubs so it's exciting for people who like other things then studies
The opportunities as well the alumini network

The campus is very crowded there are many people compared to other colleges
The category wise fee structure and the increasing fees
Charges for hostel are little more then others

As of my information the placements are pretty decent..first the placements used to take place in Vellore campus but I guess jow they have started here as well ..as of my opinion the placement stars from the 7th semester
