The term exams are followed amd they are mainly 2 in number folled by sentups with full syllabus before professional exams. You have enough time to read and pass the exams effortlessly if you are concentrated everyday for each subject. The real applications in MBBS course makes you more curious and you can decide your interests very easily and later you can make one choice of your choices. The exams are not so difficult but the pattern of questions is reapeating every year is similar amd rarely it changes. So be prepared for the uncertainties.
