The eligibility of taking admission in coer, Roorkee in BTech in civil engineering is to pass out 12 with the PCM stream with a minimum percentage of 65. The application form will be provided at a reception with the guidance of a specified academic counselor that helps you in every step during the course.

I choose BTech in civil engineering because I want to opt for the government PWD examination after graduation. The faculty members are very helpful and supportive during the course which motivates me.

Class Size: 60Course Fees: INR 70000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure of BTech civil is 70k to 1L per year which consists of a total of around 4 L excluding the hostel facilities. The hostel charger is 80k to 1 L per year for the students and they may vary according to time and facilities.

Campus Life

The library facilities of the college are very great. The campus has 3 libraries which include all the books, notes, newspapers, question papers, and helpful information regarding every subject.

Good place for your undergraduate degree

Placement Experience:

placements are good here with a avg package of 5 lakhs but students who work reall hard get placemnts more than 10 lakhs the highest package at my time was of 58 lakhs and many got 10-20 lakhs package as well so i say placements aare decent here. Companies such as oracle adobe palalto visits here and they give higher packages to students.

After completing 3rd year students are offered for internship.From my university, placement offer for Btech students with an average package of 3 to 4 lakh. placement rates vary by program and year ,with some reporting over 70%placement with average salary of 2-3 lakh. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Wipro,Tech Mahindra Etc. About 50-60%students got scholarship. Talking about the top roles that offered are software developer,data scientist and system analyst . Firstly i haven't applied in other colleges because in our district coer is best after iit roorkee so there is no point in applying oyher colleges. The admission process is simple you have take admission offline and online also you have to pay rs1000 for registration and min rs 5000 and max 10000 for seat booking after that you'll get to know when you have to submit full fees and can join class. Reality of coer college.

I choose this college over other because our college was affiliated to Uttarakhand technical University.
