Course Curriculum Overview

I was interested in electrical and electronics engineering from the get go and the courses and subjects that this college provides is vast and newly based so no information is missed and Teachers are very helpful

Class Size: 40Course Fees: INR 135000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Our college provides internship in different other colleges like IIT's and NIT's. I attended the internship to IIT Mandi in Himachal Pradesh it provides vast knowledge and certificate that will be very helpful in future endeavours

Placement Experience

In campus placement in my college is good min cgpa requirement is 6.0 and the companies provide different packages each it varies from 5 to 20 lpa but one can only qualify based on their own skill set

Fees and Financial Aid

Per semester my fees is 67,500 rs and per year it costs around 1,35,000 rs tution fees is 24,350 per semester exam fees 7900 per semester and value added program 35,250 er semester some of my batchmates fees is 147000

Campus Life

There are many clubs and committee in this college each committee hosts different events and which are curriculum related and non-curriculum related as well the life on college campus feels peaceful and good

Admission

Admission process is very fast in the college you just have to go to the admission cell and talk to different support executives and they will help you in deciding and providing information on the courses you like

Faculty

All faculty members are very supportive and helpful students well in curriculum and non- curriculum as well. Industrial trips are important and there is good communicative environment in college campus

Night Life

There's no night life around campus for a club you have to go at least 50km no nightlife near college it is located in a bit of a rural area so there's no such thing for a market we have to go 8 to 9 km

GEU makes complete engineers!

Placement Experience:

Oracle these days as some alumni of our college are working there and they have made them come to our university every year. Google and Amazon as well hired students almost every year from our college and because it's a batch of 900 students the average is 8 lakhs as some students even gets placements of 40-50 LPA every year.

Good Talk

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements in the 7th sem. Recently, Visa visited our college but didn’t make any offers. The highest package in 2024 was 84 LPA, while the average is around 4 LPA. Nearly 80% of students get placed across different companies. After my degree, I plan to build strong tech skills and aim for a good software developer role.

A conforting campus experience

Course Curriculum Overview:

the btech curriculum is relevant with good balance of theory labs and project which influenced my decision to join it prepares students for internships and higher studies .adding more industry workshops and latest tools would help. exams are moderate with internal tests and one final each semester.

my honest experience at graphic era hill university

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course curriculum at graphic era hill university as highly relevent and fairly comprehensive because it include all the essential subjects like data structures ,operating system , database management systems etc.the combinatiin of both practical abd theory subject can help student to gain real word knowledge and can also achieve technical skills,the curriculum could be improve by adding more hands on industry projects , live workshop and update elective options that focus on current technologies ,exam frequency is well structured with one mid semester and one end semester , the exams are moderately difficult .

Things to Know about Uttaranchal University before admission.

Placement Experience:

Campus placement are quite bad as only a few companies come to our college for placement drive . Students becomes eligible for campus placement from the 3rd year onwards . Companies visited like TCS , HCL and some other not much popular companies visited but this year placement is very low . Our college also fake advertising about the placement they advertise the interships also as placements. 10 to 20 percent in BTech CSE are getting only Placement. I don't know what I will do after getting degree but currently I am doing a side by side diploma from IIT Roorkee to get some extra knowledge and skill improvement for better placements.
