Remarks

The admission process is based on jee main merit. you have to go through the Haryana state technical site i.e hstes. There you have to fill in the details of the individual along with jee main scorecard. Then there will be 2 rounds and then when the seat is still left, the remaining seat will get filled by spot counselling which happens physically in college.

I am a CSE student in 3rd year. faculty members are okay. They will help you out if you have any help regarding subjects. They want their students to be regular in class. But one thing always irritates me is that they want students in their college to dress like school.

Placement is good for cse. This year the highest package was 18 lac per annum given by gurugram-based company josh technologies group. campus placement is average here so if you are expecting more then you should apply for off campus

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees vary according to the quota based on counselling. if you are Sc or Kashmiri then your fees will be null. else general students have to pay all the fees that cost as 70112. Scholarships are provided by the college to the toppers once a year.

Campus Life

This college lacks in this aspect. yeah, I will say that extra activity happens but it college fest is not so enormous. There are coding clubs like GitHub, CodeChef chapter etc. The classroom is also not up to the mark.

Hostel Facilities

I am in mount abu hostel student which is provided after 2nd year. The hostel is good and spacious. it is provided according to merit and +distance. Mess meal is okay and if you are non-vegetarian then the mess will not be for you.

Here, the students of the final year are eligible for placements in there respective departments. Basicly many companies visit my college surroundings us which include Wipro, infosis, solatier etc. At least 50 companies visit my college. The highest placement was 22 lpa at Google ang average package is 10 lpa in solatire and other companies . almost 70 percent students get college placement rest apply for off campus and after sometime they also try to fetch jobs. I maily like corporate a lot , so after completing my degree i want to regain a job in any company in gurgaon.

Profitable for new student for choosing their dream college

Placement Experience:

Special aspects is it has coding and it is related to technology. It prepares us very good for industries and further academic pursuits. Suggested area of improvement is in c++ coding class they teach us only theory not coding. Exams happens in every 2 months.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency and timings of exam are not so big problem. In one semester there are 2 sessional exams and one end semester exams are taken at the end of the semester. And papers made are not so difficult.

About NIFTEM from my eyes

Placement Experience:

Placements rate is obviously not 100% but we do get companies and out of 150 students only 110 actually sit in the placement cycle and out of these about 70 students do get placed in good companies. The companies that visit consist of mondelez, Adani wilmar, zomato hyper pure, haldiram, loykaa, jubilent, baker's dozen, Lt foods,etc. The highest package goes up to 15 lakhs and average package is around 6-7 lakhs per annum.

Placement Experience:

The placement here is good. Mostly companies arrive in our college to induct students. At the last skill matters. Last year Microsoft came and gave 60 lakh. Student of civil. So in the end we have to learn to code.

My Journey at NIFTEM

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are done in the final year. In the 7th semester, students have to go for a semester-long industrial training. Some students are offered pre-placement offers, and some sit for the placement process. The highest packages have gone upto 8 LPA-10 LPA, in quality/supply chain/management related roles. More than 10-15 companies visit, and almost all of the students get placed. I personally would like to go for higher studies.

I took a drop so i had no other option left with my JEE rank only this state government college was offering me a chance to pursue a Btech degree , So I took admission over here without any second thought and honestly dont regret it , I couldnt expect more on that rank honestly . To get good Universities through this scheme you need a score of more than 85% in your 12th boards (state/CBSE/ICSE). You will find the application online onthe PMSSS aicte site.
