I made it all the CAP colleges that come after the rankings of IIM Kashipur and also MDI Gurgaon HRM course. I chose IIM Kashipur because I had researched and found that the administration, gender ratio and placements were better than the rest. I found the admission process easier (Level Medium on Difficulty scale). The process started with the CAT application form, then the CAT exam, followed by a call letter for an Interview and then the selection email. No, specifically I haven't received any counselling related to IIM Kashipur or other IIM institutes. But the first advantage I saw was there were a lot of industries visit the IIM Kashipur campus. IIM Kashipur is known for the big industry setup out fair. So you get a chance to explore those and the campus is a plus part.
