Remarks

I joined CMRIT for MBA through a management seat after writing the MAT exam. To get admission to this college, it is mandatory to attend one entrance exam. The course fee for a management seat is around 4.5 lakh for two years for MBA.

Course Curriculum Overview

I am currently pursuing MBA in CMRIT since 2021-23. I have felt the college is really performing well in the field of Management studies even if the college is for engineering students. The faculty are very educated and will train to get the best out of you. It is always recommended that you upskill yourself and equip your technical skills before joining MBA in CMRIT. Faculty follows a mentor-mentee system, where they clear any problems of the students and give career guidance based on their skills. Classes will be followed by IATs which happen every month end, where they assess your learning before you attend semester exams.

Class Size: 30Course Fees: INR 220000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure for MBA through a management seat is quite different from that of a student from PGCET. There are scholarship availabilities for Merit and sports quota students. The college provides placement assistance to students through its excellent placement department.

Campus Life

The college campus life at CMRIT is really wonderful. The college is situated in Brookfield where there are lots of places to hang out with your friends. The college infrastructure consists of a big library where the students have access to journals, books, novels, textbooks, reference books etc. Classrooms are neatly kept and well maintained, equipped with the latest technologies. Social groups like club activities are conducted.

Pgdm At JAGsom - My Honest Take

Placement Experience:

After 5th semester, We have our internship as IIP. The companies coming are namely, Blackrock, Oxane, Zepto, Informatica and more. The placements are going well for Marketing and Finance. The Highest package is 50lpa and median is 10lpa. But if you stay in top 10-20% in your batch you can get, 13-14lpa. The profiles offered are of management trainee, financial analyst, data analyst, etc. Around 60-70% of the batch gets placed, but cracking interviews for placements is in student's hand.

My brief experience as a MBA student at IZee Business School, Bangalore

Placement Experience:

From third semester itself students are eligible for campus placements. College itself provides internships for students also helping them to cop up with their studies. Companies visited are, Cafe Coffee Day, Cothas coffee, Infosys, Biocon, HCL tech. Highest package they provided is 14 Lakhs and average is 6.5 lakhs. 90% students get placed, 5% students have their own family business and other 5% students start their own business. My plan after getting my degree is to get into one of BIG FIVEs, earn money, build connections for atleast a decade and than start my own business.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for the campus placements from around the 4th trimester (2nd year) onwards. The college placement cell is very efficient and super helpful in providing placement opportunities to the students and always aid them. Companies like Mahindra Finance, Vodafone, Airtel, Nykaa, Wipro, Bosch etc. The average package is around 8 LPA and the highest package offered so far has been 16 LPA. There is nearly 100% placement from the college.
