College with pocket friendly

I have applied offline for the admission i.e by visiting the campus but college provide online admission also . Admission procedure was so smooth , you just have to bring your all documents and you will get admission so easily if there is vacancy but if you wanna take admission in computer science and technology then you should book your seat atleast 1 month before like you have to apply on the starting month of June or July then only you will be able to get seat in Btech (CS). There should be an improvement in the admission process for the online applicants like college should provide videos of campus , hostels and classrooms so that the online applicants can also view the college without physical visit which will also save their time and money.

I was about to take admission in computer science and technology but I was late for the admission so I didn't get seat in computer science and technology that's why I had chosen to move with AI and ML. Teachers of this college are very good and supportive, also their teaching methods are easy to understand. Some of them have degree of PhD also . We are having 2 semester exams out of which best one will be counted and on the basis of that best one only we will get our internal marks. After both the exams we have to give final end semester exam for which the question paper used to come from PTU( Punjab technical University). Exams are easy to pass but are difficult to score high marks.

There are many companies which provides internships, also they provide international internships but you have to pay for your expenses by yourself. So overall if you have skills and willingness to do something big in your life then you can surely go for this college if you are not getting any IIT , NIT or IIITs.

Placement in CGC landran is pretty good as you will start to get internships from the 2nd year only if you have that much skills and talents. It's average package is 4 lakh and highest package of last year was 45 lakh p/a. Lowest package is approx 3 lakh . Companies that visit for the campus placement are Infosys , Wipro, cognizant, Amazon also but Google and Amazon used to set their criteria under which students can sit for the placement with a proper marks . I also wanna sit for the microsoft company so I am trying my best to maintain my CGPA from the 1st semester only .

The annual fees for study is 95000 approx which includes all yours extra charges like exam fees , sports , library, wifi etc. You can get scholarship also from this college if you are from Punjab , UP , Gujarat, Karnataka, Kerala and Maharashtra . College itself provide you link for the application form of scholarship. But I didn't got any scholarship as I had not applied. This college provide internships on a regular basis and placement is also good as from the seniors I came to know that approximately 80% of the students gets placed in a good package. So the ratio of placement is good .

College provides you cultural fest also among which the Parivartan fest is the most popular fest of this college. Parivartan used to happen in the month of November and it is a fest of 3 days on a regular basis on which you will get DJ night with lots of fun as every single day different singer used to visit the college. Campus has all types of sports facilities so you will definitely not going to feel unsatisfied in terms of sports.

There is 1 girls hostel only where as 6 boys hostel which is not good . Also we have to adjust in a 4 seater room which is again not good because adjustment is not so easy with strangers. Rooms are also so small , there is 4 beds along with 4 almirah and 4 chairs with a long slab as a study table. If you wanna get into hostel then simply you have to apply in the registrar office but one thing which I feel so bad about the hostel is you can't leave your hostel without a year completion. Food in the hostel is not good in taste ,it's so bad for health also . So in my opinion you should try for a rented room or PG instead of hostel .
