Likes

Environment of the Campus and clean, well maintained with greenery.
Infrasturtre is modern with well equipped labs and modern classrooms.
The university offer the strong placements and regular training sessions.

Dislikes

Campus is over crowded especially seen in major courses.
Adminstartion process likes approvals and very slow
Some of the faculty members are rude with the students.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculumn of chandigarh university is releavant and covers core subjects with projects and labs. It support basic industry readiness, but pratical exposure can improve. Exam are held mid and the end semester with modern difficulty. More hands on experience and updated technoilogies would enhance overall effectiviness and career prepartions.

Class Size: 80Course Fees: INR 55000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fees I paid is about 3.5 lac but the acutual b=fees of my course is 7lac, because i got the scholarship about 500% which i have achived from the CUCET exam. This could be more benfical for me to study in chandigarh university.

Campus Life

vibrant campus life, anual culture, tech fests, well stocked library, smart classrooms, diverse sports facilities active student clubs socities and portals.Full enjoyment and the modern facilities the provided.

Admission

applied to many colleges, recieved some admits. Choose this colleges for the better placemnts, faculty, infracture. Admission via ec=ntrance exam name CUCET which is held by Chandigarh University with cut off based selections.

Faculty

At CU, faculty are generally approachable, through large class size. The course follows the semsters system with internals and externals. Exams are moderate, and most of the students pass. The curriculum is industy orinted, but pratical exposure depends on individuals effort and faculty teaching quality.

Night Life

Nightlife is moderate, cafeteria gyms, gym close by evening, but library closes late by 10. Hostels have entry timings. Studnets hangouts at cafe, campus lawns and singing near the fountain area. Feel safe at night.

Placement Experience:

Students typically become eligible for campus placements from the 5th semester of their course. Over 170 companies participate in placement drives annually. Notable recruiters include Infosys, Wipro, Tech Mahindra and many more. Highest package is ?32.5 LPA , average package is ?4.5 LPA. Approximately 70%-80% of eligible students secure placement. My plans after getting the degree is probably opting for MCA or specialized certification to improve career prospects.

Students become eligible for placements in 3rd or 4th semester. Their are several companies visiting our campus for placements some of them are heml, Amazon, flipkart, etc. Average package is around 7 to 8 lacs. I plan to go abroad for further studies.

Placement Experience:

placement of this college in BGIMT was not good so far. There are no proper companies visit here to give placements. so students need to try on their own. The hihgest package i think students can got is near about 6 lacs and the minimum is 3lacs. Percentae should be more then 60%. My plan is to go aborad and do job

It's the best college in Bathinda city

Remarks:

This college is the best college for Bathinda students from around 3 to 4 districts comes to this college as it is the best college in malwa region. It has transportation which covers the wide range of 75kms. It provides hostels for both boys and girls and I feel the fees is feasible too. So I like this college on thes positive aspects.

Chandigarh University - My experience from fees to social life

I gave cucet but can't find the college that have cse in their colleges. That time my father was recently posted in chandigarh as chandigarh university was very close to me and the transport is also easy and I don't have to pay the hostel fees and I can be a day scholar also so I choosed this college as it provide a good network of peoples. The admission process was to simple ,I just applied for their entrance online exam cucet and booked a slot gave online test of 100 mcq from the selected domain and after that I got scholarship and to confirm my seat I have to pay 10000 part of my semester fees (that 10000 was from my semester fees) and after doing online formalities and upload document. An honest and brutal review for paramedical College
