Learning experience and opportunities at IILM University

The admission process was held online due to COVID. A form was required to be filled out on IILM's website. For management courses, students are required to appear for competitive exams like CAT, MAT, XAT, etc. There is no cut-off as such for admissions.

Diverse faculty members, highly experienced in their respective fields. The college conducts quizzes every 3 to 4 sessions to ensure better learning. Exams have subjective type questions which ensure better understanding.

Students are eligible for summer internships after the third trimester. Many companies visit campus for hiring interns. The projects are based on the specialization chosen by the students. The placement cell of the university assists the same.

The quality of placements has been good. Most of the seniors got placed. Top companies like Deloitte, KPMG, and Naukari.com also visit the colleges for placements. The placement committee plays an important role in the whole placement process. From inviting companies for placements, and even during the placements process, the committee is always on their toes.

The fee structure is discussed beforehand and is simple to follow. 10 percent scholarship is provided for girls and defense personnel and wards of martyrs. Healthcare wards are also provided with scholarships.

Campus life is great. The college has many clubs for its students to showcase their talents and creativity. The library has many books with the latest edition. Classrooms have a projector, speaker systems, and WiFi.

On-campus hostels for both boys and girls are available. The hostel has rooms with triple occupancy with attached washrooms, separate study tables, and wardrobes. Every floor has a microwave oven, watercolor, two washing machines, and one dryer.

A mandatory personal interview is held either in person or through video calls. Topics covered in the PI are related to communication skills, personality evaluation, past work experience if application, and GK.
