Remarks

If you have a 95+ percentile you can get into computer engineering. The Application form can be found on the college's official website or the college's office. The application fees are 1000 rupees. The application dates get changed year-wise.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is quite interesting. The faculty members are very knowledgeable, and generous and everyone is highly qualified. Their teaching method is also good. The internal assessments are taken twice in one semester.

Internships Opportunities

There are many companies like impact sure, bolt iot, Jio, etc who offer internship opportunities for students. Some of them are without stipends but some of them provide stipends up to Rs. 5000. All the projects assigned to every intern are industry-level.

Placement Experience

The placement is good. Students become eligible for the placement in the 7th semester. The highest package offered was 10 LPA. And the average package is 5.5 LPA. About 95% of students get placed. There are many students who also prefer doing post-graduation rather than appearing for placements.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure is not too low and not too high it's an average kind of thing. Any middle-class family can afford it in my opinion. There are various internship opportunities are available throughout the course is time to time informed by faculties and HODs.

Life on campus overall is good. There is one canteen on campus if anyone needs any refreshments. The library is also there in the college building in which there are numerous books available related to academics and otherwise too. And there are different social and technical clubs present in the college.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

Placement Experience:

We have a great Training and placement cell , they first help for inturnship in 3rd and 4th year and also invites top componies for placements in our collage. 6th or 7th sem students are eligible for placements. 80% studnets among the eligible get placed. I will try to get a dencnt job too.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

SIES A Honing Edge for young minds

I had applied for MIT pune and VIT after the jee and cet exams I never recieved any feedback from MIT. However i recieved 31000 rank in VITEE and thus applied for the admission process. However i got a seat in VIT Vellore ina higher fee bracket which was not ideal. Since i believed that further education(MBA Mtech) Was also required i decided not to spend too much for a college and so chose SIES based on my CET score.
