Remarks

Eligibility for the course,2 years pu education or 3 years of diploma. I got my seat through cet, My ranking was around 25000. I paid a fee of 88776 during admission. The reservation is for SC and ST categories.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course due to my lower cet ranking. Teachers here are very well-versed and almost all of them have doctorate degrees. The sem-end exams are quite difficult It requires at least half an hour of daily study to pass.

Internships Opportunities

I'm studying in the 5th semester and have not yet attended any interviews. In our college, the placement and API training starts in 3rd semester by Bizotic. To make students industry ready hands-on experience is given through exploration lab in the first year itself.

Placement Experience

Students become eligible to be placed after the 6th semester. Many companies are visiting for example Bosch, IBM, Infosys, Byjus, etc. The average package is 3.5 to 4 lakhs. Last academic year 100 percent placement has been achieved in our department. I want to do high studies in foreign countries.

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of study is almost double when compared to aided colleges in Mysore like NIE and JC. The fee structure for cet is 87786. For management, seat fee varies from 1.5lakhs to 2.5lakhs according to the course selected.

Campus Life

VIDYUT is the annual fest and is conducted in August. There is a main library in the college which has every book available. Even every department has separate libraries. All classrooms are equipped with cc cameras and have projectors. There is a sports complex where indoor games can be played. There are more than 100+ clubs in the college.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Placement Experience:

From the 6th and 7th semester students are eligible gor campus placements. Students are asked to apply for the campus placements from the career development department of the college according to the marks. Some companies visited are like jspider, qspider, Xworkz, kodnest, Infosys, 3 q sutantra, toyota, triveni,idea infinity,edgeverve, eton ,dfm technology, tata elaxi, enventure and many more. And highest package in 8 to 12 LPA. The students are placed according to the companies requiments min 20 students are placed outof 50 students My plan is to get a good, high paying job after completing my graduation.

The Pros and Cons of being a student at MIT Manipal

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.

Why VVCE is one the best engineering colleges?

Actually I accidentally got admitted to this college. I was not aware of VVCE at first. First I and my father went NIE north campus and their the seats were filled so then we came here for management quota as i CET result was not up to the mark. The admission procedure is not that much difficult here in VVCE. Starting from application filling to fee payment, everything goes with ease. At that time , there was no donation for my course ( ECE) so I opted it and didn't want to go IT courses.
