Remarks

Our medical college is very good. All the available facilities are there.Classes of teachers are very regular.Guest faculties who are a doctor from different states visit our college and gave us some important lectures.Their suggestions are very valuable for us.College campus is also very beautiful and eco-friendly.

Entrance Preview

At the time of admission, the student must complete 17 years.The student must pass the intermediate with English, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.For admission, in MBBS every student must be NEET qualified and medically fit.Admission rules are according GITAM University.

Internships Opportunities

The Internship is compulsory for every MBBS Student. After completing MBBS course, our college teachers enrolled us in different medical colleges for Internship.At that time we will be paid with a very less amount. This Internship is for 1 year.Internships are very necessary for every MBBS student.

Campus Life

Our medical college campus has three blocks with 5 floors. A total of 4 Lecture Theatres with a seating capacity of 200 each.In our Auditorium total, 350 students can seat.The college building is architecturally built with a special roomy interior.Buses are available for every students, teacher and other official members.

Hostel Facilities

Both girls and boys hostels are wifi enabled buildings with airy generous interiors. we have 24*7 Electricity and water facility.The TV room and badminton court give us ample recreation in Hostel.I stay in a double-bedded room.Hostel life is very memorable for me.I enjoyed a lot in the college hostel.

External Expense: More Than Rs.15000

Alumni/Alumna

Our Alumnus is now Doctors or Professors in any medical college in India.Most of them want to pursue specialization in any of the disciplines of MBBS.I meet some of our seniors pursuing PG degree from our college itself in my Hostel.Alumnus always helps us regarding different problems.

Our college - AMC

Course Curriculum Overview:

Our curriculum is CBME based. I chose this course cause of my sister., she is also studying in our college. There is a bit of spoon feeding here. But the person who studies on their interest only gets good marks. The timings for the exams are not so bad but are difficult to complete the given syllabus in time.

A Glimpse into Excellence: Review on Andhra Medical College, Vizag

Course Curriculum Overview:

MBBS is the only course that could make me a surgeon that I always wanted to become, hence I chose this course I choose this college due to its high patient load . I could also go to AIIMS Deogarh, Jammu, Guwahati, Madhurai or Jipmer Karaikal but I choose AMC over them is due to Patient load only.Here I can get good clinical exposure compared to those There are programs like Family Adoption programme, Early Clinical Exposure form the first year itself , and from second year only students go to ward postings. There is always real world application in this course This course particularly dont want any improvements in my opinion, NMC regulates and improves the curriculum in real time and that is implemented in this college perfectly. For every like 3 months we have internal exams to assess ourselves . And final exams in the last.

Remarks:

Great college to Study, Bad College for Enjoying. It will come good as it is still a budding college. Soon, playgrounds will be there and lot of sports from our college will come up. But academically, this is one of the top places to be. You may think it maybe a new college, so it wouldn't be great. But, the academics are top class and you would be happy enough to come here for it.

Remarks:

Any one who chooses my profession falls in love with their college, why not? It is our home for five years,we will learn to live in our life their.we have some bffs gangs and also all the fun but like any other government college we also have lack of good infrastructure

biomedical engineering is available in a very few colleges. Affordable college, needs improvement.

Applied to a couple of NLUs did not get the T1 or T2 NLUs, and did not want to go to T3 NLUs for the sake of the name, tried other private colleges but they were super expensive compared to this. I got accepted to all the private colleges that I applied to, and all of the T3 NLUs. The college has its own general admission test GAT, which is simple enough to be taken easily, a seperate personal interview is also conducted, though as far as I am aware, it is not a ground for rejection currently....Read More
