Experience was great as I enjoyed my college life fully

At our time, the admission process used to be on Merit bases, there was an entrance test in only some selected courses and there was a common application form for all the colleges of Delhi University, which had to be filled out online on the website of the University. But now giving CUET (Central Universities Common Entrance Test) is compulsary and on the basis of CUET score card, merit will be released.The application form has to be filled online on the website of Delhi University, The deadline for application submission is decided by the university. Application form fee is Rs 800/-

In B.com Program the subjects were Cost Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Management and Financial Accounting, Company Law, Business Law,Income tax, Financial Management etc.The faculty was good. Teachers were Abled and very Cooperative always ready to help students. The student ratio in the class was not high, a total of 65 to 70 students were in the b.com program. The exam was on a Semester basis and happened timely. the syllabus is not difficult. if your basics are clear then you can pass the exam and if you study 1-2 hours daily then you can score outstanding.

Internship opportunities are fewer here. We have to depend on the Central placement cell of Delhi University but there the competition is very high. So in our time, only 2-3 Students got internship opportunities.

Campus placement opportunities are fewer here. In our time the companies like Shaksham, RPO, Sherkhan, and Indian food tours came The Highest package was 3 to 4 lac and not many students got placed in that year.

Fees are around 15000 for the whole course which is not high. There is not much opportunity here for placement and internship. Few companies come here. In my batch the placement cell (Endeavour 19) organized an internship cum job fair in 2019 in which companies like Saksham, RPO, Sharekhan, and India Food Tour came many students participated in that and they also got placement.

The college infrastructure is Average. There is a separate building for Commerce students which is good. The classrooms are good. Badminton, Volleyball and other sports activities take place here but the playground is too small and there is no separate ground for sports. Every year in the month of Feb, the commerce department organizes the annual festival in which many activities and programs are organized like - Startup fiesta, Races, quizzes, etc and students participate enthusiastically. Every year the annual fest (Utsav) of the college is also organized in which a famous person is invited. Mithila Thakur and Salman Ali were invited on our time.
