Remarks

The Admission worries were many in the beginning. I wanted to get Admission to Computer Science & Engineering branch only. When I heard about P R Pote Patil College of Engineering & Management, Amravati, I discussed it with my parents and visited the college's website. The application form for admission is available on the college website along with the Fees. The admission schedule is displayed regularly. The eligibility was normal 12 passes with min. 50% and MH-CET entrance non-zero scores. The college follows all regular reservations as per government rules. The admission process is hassle-free with the college. Needy students are supported sometimes by the management. Other branches are also good in the college but as I scored well in the MH CET I took admitted to Computer Science and Engineering Branch. I decided to get admission to the P R Pote Patil College of Engineering & Management, Amravati when I visited the Campus. The college has one of the best infrastructures. I received all help during the

Course Curriculum Overview

Primarily I chose this college because it is near my native place. The next important reason was the infrastructure facilities and teaching faculty in the College. Before admission I mate one of the seniors who passed out from P R Pote Patil College of Engineering & Management, he suggested I take admission to this college as the faculty here is the best. All the faculty members are well qualified and many of them are pursuing their Ph D. All of them are ME/M Tech qualified. Faculty members at Computer Science & Engineering department are young. Because of that, they are like friends to us. They guide us in all areas. All of the Lab Assistants are qualified or at least in a good position to help us during our practice. The faculty counsellor's concept is so nicely implemented. One faculty member counselled nearly 20 students. The counsellors get all our updates regularly. They are continuously in touch with us. These faculty members help us in professional and personal matters. Unit test ex

Fees and Financial Aid

The college follows the regular fee structure. The details of college fees are shared with students on regular basis. The class-wise WhatsApp groups and hard copy notices are taken out to communicate scholarship details to students. There are parents' WhatsApp groups as well. The scholarship information is also given to parents. The best part is two instalments are given to pay the fees. Counsellors also keep even communication with parents. This is a big relief for all as paying fees one time becomes very difficult. Since Amravati as a city/town is not expensive to live the cost of the study is in an affordable range. All the government scholarships such as SC, ST, OBC, VJNT etc are available in college. Scholarship updates are given to students on regular basis from the principal office. Like Pandit Din Daya Upadhyay Scholarship, Rajshri Sahu and many others. Along with the government Scholarships, there are many non-government scholarships also accepted by the college. The college supports students

Campus Life

Every year Techelon the technical fest and Unmesh annual gathering is conducted in the month of January, these are the most exciting times in college. Techelon is all about the conduct of technical competitions and activities. Generally, some big giant personalities visit our college during these events. Unmesh is my favourite event. This is our annual gathering and activities like dance, singing is carried out in the fest. Our college celebrates graduation/degree distribution ceremony every year. The offer letter distribution also is one of the best events that took place in the college. The passing out students are also given a farewell. The graduation ceremony and the offer letter distribution ceremony are the attraction for all achievers. The discipline observed during events is so nice that you get all enjoyment in a systematic manner. The well-maintained library facility is there in the college and all required books are available. Our classrooms are well equipped with LCD pro
