Remarks

I had written KCET which is an entrance exam for engineering, after the results one has to undergo counselling process and have to choose their college according to their rank in CET. Reservation for students of category SC and ST.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Aerospace Engineering because I was interested in Aviation and space research. The faculty of our department is highly qualified and teaching quality is also high. The student ratio is increasing every year, during my admission, there were 32 students now the new admission has more than 50 students. It is a 60/40 ratio of 60 for internal assignments and projects and 40 for final exams.

Class Size: 32Course Fees: INR 113000 per year

Placement Experience

From 2nd year students can apply for internships. There are companies like cognizant and others which offers a good package to students. The highest package was 15LPA and the average is 5.5 LPA. This year almost 80 percent of students got placed. My plan is to study abroad.

Fees and Financial Aid

The first year's fees were 113000 for those who applied for CET had to pay 2.5lakh and in the second year the fees as reduced to 99023 for non-CET students which was 2.12 lakh. They offer scholarships from the state government and campus placement is quite good as of now 50 per cent of students got placed.

Campus Life

The department organization many events. Both technical and non-technical. They take students on industrial visits and even they organize Guest lectures often. The library is so huge and students can find all the related books to their course. They organise many sports events and they also take part in inter-college sports events. The students have many clubs like dance and Astria

i would rate 3/5 because we want more systems to do our work as well as labs too,the main thing is we dont have that faculty compare to other department their are only 4 faculty,so they can't even able to take extra class for us ,so this is the main problem in our deparment

Good for you if you want a degree and want self learn

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are no such specific of the curriculum that influenceed me to take these course instead i was interested or kneen to this course., since my childhood I wanted do this course. It's good in terms of virtual world but not for real world. Everywhere there's a need of improvement no practical knowledge is present here no one talks about new ideas not even they think about even some of them came because it costed them low. No such specific difficulty.

The students from the last year that is seventh semester are allowed to attend the placement given on campus. There are not so many campus placement available. Many companies such as tcs, wipro and other companies basically giving less salary compared to other colleges. There are many few students who got placed in the companies through campus placement hence it cannot be trusted completely. My plans after getting a degree is to get a job or even higher studies of possible. The average students getting placed are very low.

I applied for Christ university for pcm course but the reason i didnt go with that is , i was waiting for results from nta neet and kea cet exams . the results came with extreme delay due to covid , but the admission process at Christ university was closed by the time of results and in the kea councelling i got dayananda Sagar university in 2nd round with less fee structure for cse compared to other management quota seat . i got government quota seat due to which i joined this college .
