Here if one wishes to take admission then they have to give an entrance exam for some other department they have to also face a personal interview. After the entrance exam, they will be selected by the cut-off clearance process. Here one can easily get reservation benefits for the following categories sc, St, OBC, Ews. I am an m.sc in mathematics from HCU, so I will tell you about our school i.e about Hyderabad school of mathematical science and statistics. Here teacher &student ratio is about 1:10 Our school faculties are highly qualified, and most of them have post-doctoral degrees. Here a 2 years m.sc program is divided into 4 semesters, and each semester we have to give 4 exams, 3 minor exams & 1 major, among these 3 minors they will take only the best two minors' results for the final report of our result. And minor & major ratio is 50:50. 5. Some courses are difficult here due to their own difficulty.

The University of Hyderabad provides opportunities for placement and internships in various fields. Mainly students in their final year are eligible for placements. various companies came here, like TCS, Byju's, HCBC, Wipro etc. I don't know about the placement packages explicitly but its various courses-wise for MBA students it's the average package is about 7lakh per annum. And for m.sc mathematics, it's about 6 lakh per annum. Most the m.sc mathematics students either go for p.hd or joined in some corporate sector jobs,

It's a central government-funded institution. Also, it's under IOE( institution of eminence) so fees are quite low. For 2 years m.sc course the total fees will be approximately 15000/-. One can get a scholarship / financial assistance, our university gives 1000/- per month of financial assistance to each student. HCU also helps students to get jobs in any sector through placement offers. Also one can do an internship in summer & winter vacation.

The annual festival also happens here in the month of June & its name is sukhho festival. Also here all community festivals happened. HCU has a very good library, it's name is IGML ( Indira Gandhi memorial library). Here one from any course can get books, journals, magazines etc. one Sports complex, gym & yoga centre, more than one cricket, football ground. More than one tennis court, 3 basketball playgrounds are present here One can get social media accounts in the name of HCU & UOH that are run by students

Our university provides a Hostel facility to all students. They provide a double bedroom ( in each room two students), The hostel cost is very low, for 1 semester it's cost 1000/-. Also, each hostel has a mess for fooding, mess provides 3 times food in a day, breakfast, lunch & dinner. Its cost is about 2500/- per month At the time of admission, they also booked a hostel room for the admitted students, only we need to pay the deposit.
