Entrance Preview

The exam is conducted by guru gobind singh indraprastha university and I opt for IPU CET for B.Tech. My score was 1872.I wanted to do B.tech in MAE from IPU and after USIT, MAIT is the best and top reputed college.

Internships Opportunities

As I am still pursing btech but I have seen a lot of companies coming to our college such as Infosys, Accenture, HCL,Musigma, Indian army, Indian Navy, Microsoft and many more. The average stipend was around 2.8 - 3.5 Lac Per Annum.

Placement Experience

Placement is very good in our college as compared to other college of IPU. Various companies and there packages are-Accenture -3.25 Lac Per Annum, Infosys- 3.23 Lac Per Annum,Musigma - 3.3 Lac Per Annum, Anglo eastern - 3.6 Lac Per Annum.

College Events

There are various events that takes place in the college such as-Technical fest - In this code jam, robotics race, Web designing, app development and many more events takes place. Participants are invited from college all over in India. There a large crowd coming from various colleges.Cultural fest - In this event Street dance, ethnic dance, fashion parade, Battle of bands, star performance takes place. It is done once in a year. Management fest - In this event various events such as environmental program ie leaders for tomorrow is done in the college in which plantation, cleaning society comes in.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is as follows Academic fee - 86,250 per annum, University charges - 10,000 per annum. As it is a private college so fees is some how feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is provided to the meritorious students. If students tops the college or university the he is given a scholarship. Price in college is 1500 and other I don't know.

Campus Life

Ratio of girls and boys is 40/60. Drama society is also there in our college names as ayam. They take part in street play and it is one of the best event taking place in our college. People of drama society also goes to other college and had brought many rewards. BHA event also goes on in which a vehicle is designed by our college students and they participates in all over India as well as outside the county.

Exam Structure

Marks is divided into 25 and 75 marks. There are 2 sessional exam of 30 marks each. 30 marks are converted into 10 marks each. 5 marks are given by faculties for assignment and attendance, this makes a total of 25 marks.Rest 75 marks are for the end semes

In our college the faculties are highly experienced and are mainly the ex-professor from dtu.The faculties teaches well and explain the course topic very well and also they help in various technology development and help in topics which are out of course.

Course Curriculum Overview:

i would rate the course cirriculum of MAIT a 8/10 as cirriculum is desgined by GGSIPU and its is well balanced with theroytical and practical knowlegde for the students. every semester you have 5 practical subject and 5 theory stubject and 1 additional subject for growth as person in corporate work. the syllabus is fairly good as thats not difficult if you pay attention in class you can score good grade in the semester. each semester usually has interal exam and then external exam which held in other colleges of GGSIPU. overall, the cirriculum is good, relevant, and career oriented.

Placement Experience:

Placement are good. Companies visited - Bain and co. , mckensey and co. , TATA, Airtel, Qaulcom, Samsung, microsoft, amazon, etc. Almost all tier one companies visited the campus. Overall 4.5/5 in governement engineering college for placments.

Placement Experience:

College provides huge opportunities for placement Till now we have around 400 companies who visited our college and still the placements are going on so everyone in the end gets placed Highest package is around 60lpa and the average will be around 9-10 , As i said almost every one gets placed in the end till now 70% are placed

Descriptive Review of MAIT.

Placement Experience:

The placements of MAIT are decent as compared to market conditions. But the data shown on website or availble at various platforms is not the reality. The mass chunk of students who get a job are placed under and around 6LPA package.

Life of a college student

Course Curriculum Overview:

When it comes to curriculum everything us fine accept 1st year curriculum.My branch is ece in 1st year i have to study chemistry and physics which is no use for anybody in future it is just waste of time pretty outdated.For 2,3 and 4th year curriculum is far better than what it is in 1st year. Odd semester starts form August and after 2 month we have to give midsem exam.1 month after midsem we have to give endsem.There is very short time period between midsem and endsem examinations.Even semester starts form January everything is same as that of odd semester.

Delhi Technological University: A place for overall development

Placement Experience:

College placements are amazing. Right now the recession is there otherwise the average package of Computer Software and IT branch is as high as 21LPA and overall average package of the college goes as high as 14LPA

DTU PROS AND CONS

Placement Experience:

Placements are good in DTU. Usually a student is eligible to sit in placements from 4th year. Last year 325+ companies visited the campus like google, abode, Amazon, Microsoft, zomato, samsung, maruti suzuki,etc. They all have made 2050+ offers. The highest domestic package was offered by Atlanssian of 82.05LPA. The overall average package was 16.71LPA. The average package of my branch (Production and Industrial Engineering) was 12.34LPA. And in tech branches like CSE, IT it was around 24-25 LPA. Almost everyone is allowed to sit for placements. In PIE branch around 60-65% of student got placed in on campus.
