Remarks

Our college has online and offline both processes. I took the entrance exam and my rank was 6000. then I admission this college. This college also has a reservation process to take admission. I admission to electrical engineering.

Course Curriculum Overview

I admission to electrical engineering because I am interested in this course our faculty members are very good and well educated. They always help me to teach us. Our college has an internal exam per month and a semester exam per year.

Our college also gave us internship opportunities. Many different types of companies like tcs, bassety, Infosys etc came and they provide this opportunity. Approximately 250000 packages they gave and it's pretty good

Our placement is pretty good. Many different s types of companies like Wipro, tcs, Infosys etc are Came and they provide this opportunity. Approximately 350000 packages they gave. and it's good for us.

Fees and Financial Aid

The total fee for my course is 273000. And I also got swami Vivekananda's merit cum means scholarship and this scholarship amount is 60000. I got this scholarship per year. It's very helped me to complete my course.

Campus Life

Our college placement is pretty good. Many different companies like Wipro, tcs, basset etc come and they provide this opportunity. They provide an average package of approximately 35000 and it's pretty good for us.

Interview Experience

Our college campus and infrastructure are pretty good. Our college has a big canteen. And also a big library. They provided many different types of books for each department. There is also a big playground.

IIT KGP: The kgpian way

Placement Experience:

4 yr btech students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of their 3rd yr(5th sem) and for placement 7th sem. 5 yr dual degree students are eligible for cdc internship from the starting of 4th yr(7th sem) and for placement 9th sem. So many different profile companies came for placements like amazon, google, ibm, apple, l&t, wipro, infosys, texas intrument, etc. Highest package was 3cr and average is about 20-25 lakhs. Insightful Review - Revealing about campus life and academics.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements from 7th semeter. Companies visited till now are : tejes - 9lpa, keysite - 7lpa, streebo - 5lpa and a few other product based companies with average pakage offered about 3lpa. Higest pakage - salesforce (32 lpa) off campus, keysite (7lpa) on campus. Last year 60% of total students from final year got placed. My plans is to purusue a higher degree as placement scene of your college is not that great and also i have intrest in ai/ml so i want to study future and dive more deep into its concepts

The course curriculum is not that different from other colleges. At the beginning or 1 st semester we are made to complete the bridge course which basically includes stuff we read in classes 11 and 12. But then also they can't teach properly the already read topics.

GMIT IS THE BEST ENGINEERING COLLEGE IN SOUTH 24 PARGANAS

I am really satisfied with the facilities that the college provides us

I came to know about this college through a pre-counseling seminar after WBJEE. Once I got information about the college I visited the campus and was really impressed after meeting the faculty members and visiting the workshop and campus. I got admitted to the college in June, 2019. I preferred this college because I loved the environment of the college campus and certainly the infrastructure.
