Remarks

The admission process is quite simple, all you need is to clear the LPUNEST scholarship exam and you can easily get admission. It is of around 360 all of which the syllabus is same as of class 11 and 12. The admission forms are available online at their particular link as lpu.in and this is how I got admitted into LPU. Every other details are being punched on ther website.

Course Curriculum Overview

As many of us want to be a doctor, so as I. My course is very specific to the generation coming ahead. A course which has a very high scope in coming future. The teachers here are very student friendly, and every student here gets their own mentor with which they can share their problems. Exams are held twice every semester. Midterms and End terms.

Class Size: 70Course Fees: INR 156000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements are definitely worth it if you work hard in your academics and maintain a good cgpa of around 8. It's been heard that students from our courses have been getting good jobs and packages as well.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee structure according to university standards is cool enough. Also that you get a scholarship based on your LPUNEST marks or class 10 -12th percentage. You can easily get student Loans and part-time jobs are available for students as well.

Campus Life

Life on campus is really fun for those residing in hostels. There are different cultural and professional events. As I participated in One India where we as a department get to represent any Indian state. Same for we have One World. You can join the different organizations to get involved in more fun activities and events.

Placement Experience:

from last year students are eligible for campus placements. Companies visited are Microsoft, Ayush pharmaceutical, Manipal hospital, Corporate Sector Companies, IT Companies etc. the highest package for freshers is 3lac or more according to the course chosen by the students and students must have more than 5.0 cgpa to be eligible for campus placement. 70-80% of students get placements. My plan after getting the degree is to go for a Masters degree.

Placement Experience:

The best thing about the Chitkara University is that every student gets placed who get good marks of around 6 Cgpa and above. Placement starts at last semester and students are eligible for interview depending upon their marks.

Good in campus environment

After i entered , it was heaven seriously speaking from a small town LPU life for me is no less than a dream life. So here are some DO's and DONTs LPU :- Alwaysintain 75% attendance otherwise you won't be allowed to give your end term examination. 2. Don't get carried away with the crowd , you won't be able to come back to real life. 3. Be as simple as possible so that distractions doesn't over come your focus . 4. Join various Organisations. Here at LPU we have more that 50 Student running organisations , take initiative and be a part in any of these. 5. Weekly , there will be functions , or something or the other so that Students inside the campus are not board , so enjoy them . 6. As i have mentioned before , be choosey to select your friends world is not good my dear . 7.
