The candidates shall submit their application on the prescribed form available in the prospectus, so as to reach the Registrar, Sri Guru Ram Das University of Health Science, Mehta Road, PO Vallah, Sri Amritsar-143501 by Regd. AD post or by hand. The application should be complete in all aspects and should be attached with the following documents:
- Demand Draft of INR 2000 in favor of ‘Registrar, Sri Guru Ram Das University of Health Science, Sri Amritsar’ payable at Amritsar.
- Attested copy of matriculation examination certificate indicating DOB.
- Attested copy of 10+2 or equivalent mark sheet.
- Migration Certificate from last attended board.

No, as the admission process of the college is good and authorised.

I applied to other Punjab medical colleges. I couldn’t get admission in them coz of little low merit. I applied for the Sikh quota. Admission criteria was atleast 17 years old and atleast 50 percentile marks in neet exam. Admission process was a little hectic. It was summers and they kept us waiting in hot auditorium. They also did an extra Sikh quota checking.

Its a well pre planned curriculum which goes according to the speed of students intelligence. There used to be 2 exams which makes internals and a final exam which provides external all include a total of 200+200. Practical exams are also there which have a good impact on students.

The curriculum at our time used to vary as per the latest trends in the field of medical sciences. It was divided into 4 prof's. The first prof included anatomy, biochemistry and physiology and various topics were taught under each subject. Along with theory we were given practical knowledge too. The exam structure contained various areas of evaluation such as theory papers, viva-voce(oral) and practicals.

Our curriculum was very vast which provided us a detailed information about a particular subject. In the first and second prof we had subjects like anatomy,biochemistry,physiology,pathology and microbiology. The exams were also well structured as it contained proper division of marks for theoretical and practical subjects.

I completed my MBBS from this college. The course is nice and well managed. My course was almost 5 years long. This college abides by some rules and regulations and violators of those can face serious consequences. The exams are conducted in the semester system.

Beside these tests we were also given several class tests and assignments to perform. The structure of our course was quite carefully composed. You need to appear for the NEET UG examination and have to pass it with valid scores in order to take admission to B.Sc. Nursing.
For admission to B.sc Nursing, you need to have passed 10+2 with 50% or more in PCB and then appear for NEET-UG to get admission.
SGRDUHS does not offer B.Sc. Nursing to students. At the UG level, there is only an MBBS course offered to students.
