RKGITM affordable for a B.tech degree but not good from placement wise

I got admission through UPTU raking. At my time it was 30 thousand and done through UPTU counseling. UPTU Ranking is the only Benefit. I feel direct admission also happens in the college even with a lower percentage. So you just can visit and try.

Course Curriculum is as per UPTU university which is almost saved in all college The faculty Ration is 1:60 during my time. Most of the faculty is M.tech and some are Ph.D. Students don't get practical exposure there and if you love coding then forget you going to learn from faculty, you will learn only translated versions of books. Exams happen as per university exams and it was not difficult to pass except for a few subjects.

Placements are very bad in college during admission what they show is entirely different, students eligible from the 7th semester We have 3 companies visited at my time AuthBridge, Concentrix BPO, and Qspider - I don't apply to 3 of them as I need a coding job and I got it off campus. On all three companies it is 3 per persn They show 100% but that's not true I continue my journey as a individual learner and full stack engineer now working on my own product

During my time the total cost of the study is 5 lakh + 2.3 Lakh for a hostel, hostel feels increases every year. Non-general cast students get scholarship by uptu but I didn't get any and I have not placed on campus there is very fewer companies visiting the college at my time number was 3 which was too of BPO.

The fest happens every year it is just called annual fest and rename based on the theme, farewell and fresher's party also there Books are there in the library but fewer journals. Just Fans and desk are available in name amenities. Sports day got celebrated but no club was there to play on a regular basis. No social clubs, I myself open 2 clubs got shutdown as nobody has the focus to encourage those clubs.
