Remarks
Eligibility of the course is a bachelor's degree in English subject with passing marks from any university in India. For admission, the application form is found on the campus official site in starting of April month every year. Application fees are Rs 1000 for upper categories and Rs 800 for lower categories.
Course Curriculum Overview
I chose this course since I want to go to the teacher's line. Now I am teaching in a public school. There are very efficient departments and has a good number of professors and also faculty students ratio was very good. They have high qualifications degrees and years of teaching experience. They teach us very well. Exams are based on the semester system and easy to score good marks by writing exams through class notes.
Placement Experience
Students from last semester are chosen for campus placements. A student who qualifies pre-test for the campus placement program can sit in placements only. In the year 2022, 18 students got placement from MBA on the highest package of 6 lakh per annum and the lowest one was 3 lakh per annum. They got profiles of Managements trainee and HR executives. About 25 to 30 per cent of students each year get placement.
Fees and Financial Aid
The duration of this course is two years. First-year we paid Rs 4277 as whole year fees and get Rs 8800 as a scholarship and in the second year, we pay Rs 4099 as whole year fees and got Rs 9199 as a scholarship. Saksham was the name of the scholarship we got from the state government. Financial assistance was provided to needy students by Indian Bank.
Campus Life
Deekshant,Kala samaroh and Gorakhpur Mahotsav were the names of annual fests organised on our campus every year in the winter season. There are many departments on our campus where we can get any books for reading for free. Also, weekly journals are provided there. A classroom has all the common facilities like fans, wifi, etc. Sports are organised but we never participated in them due to lack of time.
