Remarks

The eligibility of the course is to be qualified for keam. The enrollment process is simple enough, thanks to toch as they explained the enrollment process. All the forms and fees were directed by toch. Through a portal of toch I was able to apply for my admission form. Reservations were made directly by going to college by giving the amount asked. Or can be transferred to the bank given.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course was chosen due to the potential of the field and my interest in it. The faculty members were fair to all of the students. The teaching methods are good enough for students to catch up. Since the current sem is for 3 months due to the difficulties the time isn't enough for the students to learn.

Class Size: 45Course Fees: INR 100000 per year

Placement Experience

Placement is very high here. Placements from Tata consultancy, Amazon, Google etc are given. Around 80 per cent of students are getting placements from each batch. The highest given is 25 lakh to the students

Fees and Financial Aid

The cost of study for each year is 1 lakh. For management, an extra 1 lakh is taken at the start of the semester which is reimbursed after the completion of the course. The scholarship is given to students who are enrolled directly from keam or any other exam. Criteria are given to the students after enrolling through a scholarship.

Campus Life

Life is moderate at the college here. Advay is an annual fest conducted every year. There are overall 3 libraries on each campus. Many events are conducted here which carries credits which benefit the course Tinkerhub, IEDC and IEEE are social groups present here giving us tons of events throughout the year

from semister 6 students become eligible for campus placements and companies loke bank of america , google microsoft etc visited for campus placements and the highest package is about 54 lakhs where as average is 11 lakhs and about 98% of the students are placed

Placement Experience:

The placement here is top notch. This year in my campus the highest CTC offered was 56.5lpa by PALOALTO. Placements process is centralised at coimbatore though. Students are eligible for campus placements from third year or s5. Average package in computing department ranges from 10-12lpa. My plans after degree is to pursue MS: opportunities of which are provided by the college itself. In computing department almost 90% of the students have been placed according to the seniors I talked to. However it is lower in other streams.

Average student experience at amrita

Placement Experience:

As of what i spoke to the seniors they said that AI students got better placements compared to Core students and the average package is around 9LPA for CSE branches students and 7LPA overall for all the branches and there is CIR foundation classes where they teach us how to improve our communication skills and How to create a resume right from first year itself according to seniors it is very helpfull

An aspiring first year student’s review

Placement Experience:

Civil engineering is a course with least placement in every engineering colleges. Students are placed during their fourth year in college. Sobha Constructions Ltd is one of the main companies that visits college. 200000rupees package is the average package offered. Les than 25 percent civil engineers get placed. I plan to prepare for GATE exam and pursue more in this course.
