Our college management is very helpful. For them students is priority. If any problem arises, it has been solved quickly.

In 2016, i appeared entrance test for my PhD at SVKM's NMIMS. Entrance exam comprises of written test followed by interview with subject experts. After that depending on your merit you will get the admission in SVKM's NMIMS campus.

for PhD, first year is only for course work. It comprises of 2 semesters. First semester consist of 3 subject out of 1 is your area of specialization. At the end of semester you need to appear for written exam. In second semester, we give presentations in front of industry as well as academic personnel.

At PhD level, we only do research at our college. If we need any other testing to be done from industry, college allow us to go to industry and complete research.

University have separate placement department. We have tie-up with industry, different companies comes to the campus for their recruitment. Students get almost around 4 lakh packages from company. Every year we have placement drive in the college for the placement of student.

We have cultural event Protsahan in January. It is a cultural fest. Students gets platform to perform different activities like dance, skit, singing etc. We also have annual sport event Flavium in December. In flavium different competitions are organised like cricket, football, basketball etc.

NMIMS have tie up with few banks for educational loan. Loan facility is easily available once student take admission in University.

Campus life is very joyful. We have almost 2000 students at the campus of all cast and community. University provide us all the facility for extracurricular activity. We have a cricket and football ground. After our academic hours we play different sports in ground. Also we have tennis court, volleyball court and basket ball court. Our university have arranged coaches to teach different sports. We also have indoor games like table tennis, carom etc. College also provides gym facility to us.

University provides us hostel facility with sharing basis. 4 persons can accommodate in one room. Cleaning and maintenance of room occurs on daily basis. Inside the room study table with lamp is provided to us. We also have 24 hrs wi-fi connection. College have mess and canteen also. Food quality at both places is good.

We have annual alumni meet in our college. this alumni meet help us to know our seniors from industry. They guide us on industry based research.

As being from professional course, we are engaged with labs and classroom lectures. College provides us world class infrastructure. We spend most of our time in college lab where we perform different lab activities through out the day. College follows semester pattern for examination.

For the admission, one must appear for entrance exam. This entrance exam consist of written test and interview. If person is GPAT qualified then he/she need to appear for only interview. Written test is all about your professional knowledge. Interview will be taken by subject experts.

The faculty at SVKM's NMIMS are highly qualified. All the faculty are PhD holders with experience. They guide us on our queries and help us in our research. They also do research apart from the academic work. Every faculty have research projects with them which also help us to understand new areas of the research.
