I Don't have any bad reviews about our college management as far as i know only good reviews are possible.

Entrance Preview

I took common entrance test (CET) to get through this college my score was 20k rank. I was wanted computer science branch but landed up getting telecommunications branch.

The course curriculum is based on vishweshwarayya Institute of technology and the electives provided are of wide range and good content providing large room for learning and practical knowledge.

There is vast scope of job opportunities provided by the college and will help you in all the way to get your dream job. The main recruiter for our college is Tata consulting services which gave us a package of 3.4 lacks per annum.

The fees structure provided by the College is reasonable and affordable. We can afford and pay the fees even the poor vacancies apply for scholarships and pay fees.

The loans provided by the College can be available for the poor and needy who can't afford to pay hefty fees. They can take this scholarship and pay the required fees.

The campus in our college is wonderful and filled with greenery. The workshops conducted by the College give immense knowledge about the subject and help learning better.

Hostel Facilities

I don't actually stay in the hostel but according to my friends experience the hostel facilities provided by the College is upto the mark.

The alumni network of our college and seniors were very helpful in our studies and give knowledge about the subjects we are gonna study in future and later placement activities.

Exam Structure

The college conducted three internals which helps us preparing well for our externals. These tests help us to practice the subject and score well in the exams.

Faculty

The faculty in our college was expected to be up to mark and provide the life skills based and knowledge based teaching in campus. They also provided the placement related coaching to help us achieve the goal.

Well according to sources from college they have an average placement of 7 lakhs per annum and highest of 56lpa but it was off campus according to me highest may be 30 lpa something they have company tie ups in their own college According to seniors this college does not have that level of placement it's just decent they said

My College Review

Placement Experience:

RIT's placement scenario is very good, even for the most unpopular branches such as Civil Engineering. Starting from the 7th semester, students are allowed to participate in campus recruitment, and companies come to the campus for the entire final year. The major recruiting companies are L&T Construction, Shapoorji Pallonji, Brigade Group, Sobha Developers, Atkins, PWD, and Infosys for the non-core sector. Civil students on an average get ?5–6 LPA as salary, and the highest offer is usually in the range of ?12–15 LPA, depending on the company and the position. Almost 70–80% of Civil students are placed, while some of them go for higher studies or government examination.Site engineer, design engineer, planning engineer, survey engineer, and trainee engineer are the core positions that are offered. Also, non-traditional roles in IT and consulting can be taken up by those who are not interested in core engineering profiles.I will first acquire some work experience in the industry after completing my degree and then will pursue a master's degree in structural engineering to gain further specialization.

Over all IIT Dharwad is good not bad

Placement Experience:

Actually imnin 1st semester so I aks from seniors so they told me highest PKG of cs branch is 86LPA and machenical is 60 LPA they are off campus package and in campus 57 LPA for cse and they also give minor degree courses for placement chance is increased in cs branch 93 % students placed 125 compony visited in college in 2024-25 I plan I get job after b tech if I don't placed in campus so i tried EAE examination.

Honest review from a student who doesn't hate his college but at the same know there are multiple places for improvement

Placement Experience:

Students become elegible for placements from 7th sem onwards but we are encouraged to do internship before final itself. Most of the companies that come here aren't t1 or even t2. Highest probably would be 12L only if the student is exceptional but most would secure a package 4-6. And the percentage of students getting placed is <50%

one of the best college in karnataka.

Placement Experience:

i have 100 percent confidence on myself and the college placement .because it has 95 percent placement in it sector.the students are eligible from 5 or 6 th semester as of there.there are one of good companies who visit our college like amazon, tata, microsoft some years ago google also visited they tries to contact and give placements to students.it has 33 lakh highest and the median is good enough as 12 lakh anually.

Placement Experience:

There are campus placements in our college to company like Amazon and infosys.students become eligible for campus placements for 6 or 7th semester.i think so minimum package is 8 lakhs per year and max is 35-50 lakhs.it depends on the way students give their interview the percentage of students getting placement might be somewhere around 30-35 percent.i have some start-up ideas such as real estate or hostel business

Placement Experience:

Students of 4 year are eligible for placements and students of third year are eligible for internship.given they have more than 7 cgpa with no subject which is uncleared that is having active backlog .My plans is to get a pre placement offer through my first internship.Big companies like microsoft ,Tata ,wipro, boeing come to college .percentage of students getting placed increase every year .This year it was 60 percent.Roles offered and placement depend on your field of interest and which companies you are applying for .
