Entrance Preview

Admission to this college was on the basis of higher secondary marks .A minimum of 70% was required for direct admission to the college.Rather than this,for those below 70% in their higher secondary,they had to undergo a written test after that only decision is to be taken regarding admission.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course is very vast and requires a lot of practice.As my branch is computer science, I have to do a lot of coding.It is wholly based on the coding part.One needs to practice a lot to acquire good learning in the coding process.Subjects like dbms,os,computer networking are also there whcih also includes theory portion.

Internships Opportunities

Various companies do visit for internships to give the students of the college a chance to prove themselves to the world and the college.Online tests are undergone in order to proceed to the next step.Students are also determined in order to achieve internships.

Placement Experience

Placements are 100 % guaranteed for the computer science department.The life of students is being secured by the placement team which teaches them each and every thing about these interviews and prepares them in the best ways possible for placements.

College Events

Various technical fests are also organised by various departments.Workshops are also held by the college team by keeping in mind the requirements of the student.These workshops and tech-fests are of great importance for the students in further progress ahead.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is too much according to me.It is 1,43,500 per year.It is a huge amount which needs to decrease as it is not possible to continue for various families of students.The college team should do something about it.

Placement Experience:

Stuiarw eligible for placement from 6th semester . There are so many companies visited such as wipro, Deloitte, hcl, tech Mahindra, TCS, and many more. Highest package of BTech is 1.24 cr and average package is 40000. Percentage of students get placed is 60%. My plan after degree is to get an good it job.

GEU is an adventure!

Placement Experience:

Room for placements can't be better than GEU. As our department which isn't much in demand and still over 80% of placements rate itself is a story worth telling. I am so glad that it is happening and this is the reason I feel so good studying here as I can't do more as placements care are taken by the university very well.

GEU is super amazing!

Placement Experience:

It's in the final year as once the final year begins, students are asked to pull their socks up and go limitless as nearly 100 or rather much more are there at the campus and interest in CSE students is the highest. Also, there's a large section of IT students who are placed from GEU every year and that too without much of an effort.

Versatile college with good RoI

Placement Experience:

One of the best thing I saw here is placement. If a student is willing to do job then this college is appropriate place from him or her.. Students are placed in IT , SALES , FINANCE, EDTECH , TRANSPORT, DRUGS , etc Students are eligible for jobs and placed from the beginning of pre final semester and can apply in each and every company as per required skills. Not big tech Faang companies visit the campus but a decent level IT companies and limited visit the campus. And conduct their interviews and exams process. Although interview rounds are tough and offcourse nail biting competition among the students. The highest package this year till now 34 LPA by an American MNC . Average package is 550000. Approximately 90 percent students got placed in different domains and fields. My plans are so clear. I will take the job first in IT companies and get some experience on ground level and will grow further.

GEU is a world class place to study!

Placement Experience:

Pringle, The Sleep Co, Lenskart, Luscious, Tech Mahindra, Amazon, Google, Facebook and every tech company which potentially can come have come to our college for placements. On and average placements worth 6-40 LPA are common. Since some students miss out so on a whole the placements average stands a little below 10 LPA.

Brighter And Nicer FUTURE in Quantum University

Hello. Iam Mroof alam from roorkee . I had taken admission in MBA 2021 at @Quantum University. The eligibility criteria is that student passed with more than 50% marks in Graduation and by having appeared in the CAT/MAT or an equivalent MBA entrance exam, you have already taken the 1 important step to be eligible for the Quantum university MBA program. You can fill the application online through their official website or go to the Quantum campus and fill the form offline. There is no reservation option in Quantum University all students are Equal But there is first cum first serve policy i.e you have to the registration first then your chances to get admission are high. But there is one problem in the admission process we can't find out the last date of registration or how many students have taken admission till the admission process closed....Read More

Quantum University is located in Uttrakhand near dehradun roorkee highway. University is quiet decent for doing MBA. The reason that I choose Quantum because its nearby and the Mba program of quantum is a direct corporate connect program.
