No, reservation is applied for my admission. I am open category student. Not any difficulties to complete college admission But few things I want to improve 1. Create an accurate universal net price calculator 2. Allow families to stack private scholarships

Electronics and telecommunications is this course is trending and opportunities for jobs are very more that's why i choose this course The 70 seats are reserved for this course The teaching method is very good. Students like this Teaching method Exams are not hard if you are studying full subjects.

Placement Experience:

The Training Placement Office Logins are given to us in the third year of the college where alot of companies gives opportunities to apply for the said job role or internship. Approximately 5 to 10 companies visits are there every month which increases as you enter your final year of college.

My experience at VIT pune

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible to apply for placement is after 2 year or at 5th semester. And companies that have visited are Morgan Stanley, TCS, JP Morgan, etc. and many others. Basic package is about 7 lacs per annum which I consider as okay for freshers. And the student which got highest is 26 lac per annum as he was one of the brightest student of the college. I think 50 to 60 percent students get placed more or less maximum are low package students. My plans are different than doing job so not applied at any of the job.

Students are eligible for placement from the third year itself for ppo and so. There are several companies visiting thakur around the year and there are a lot who get placement off campus too. I have heard a student from comps got into google at 72lpa. you can visit the tnp site for more detail.

placements are pretty decent here, especially for comp/it students. The average package here is around 12 to 14lakh, college provide on campus placements too, our placement cell is pretty hardworking. almost 97 to 99% of students get placed here.

About My College

I got this college through MHTCET cap round.Total there are 3 cap round for taking admission in any engineering colleges in Maharashtra. And I got this college in cap round 2. In all these 3 cap round we get 3 chances the make the list of colleges or to make changes in following list that you prepared. Admission in any colleges totally depends on merit basis. I had prepared a list of total 20 colleges, as there is total limit of around 200 colleges that u can select in your list for admission purpose. In my list there were many colleges of my native place Mumbai and also of pune. We cannot say it as rejection if we do not get the college we wanted , it means we haven't meet the merit of that college.
