College Life of a VP Student

The course curriculum is highly relevant and comprehensive offering a strong foundation in IT and exposure to current industry trends.There are a few areas, such as incorporating more emerging technologies and improving the practical industry exposure where the curriculum could be enhanced further.The exams are well balanced though they can be challenging especially when preparing for both internal and en-sem exams.

There are few placements in Vp College and mostly the toppers or favourite students get benefit of placements . They dont pay attention on weak students the students have to manage on thir own for placaments . Placements starts from 6th sem means 3rd year 2nd sem. Companies like TCS, TechM, Jio, Cognizant visit campus but take only 3/4 students. The highest package is 7lpa. Percentage of students getting placed is 30%.

The fee structure is total 90000 for open category as well as management for OBC it is 50000 for NT its is 10000 and for SC/ST it is 250 rs. Their is no scholarship provided by the college the scholarship is given by MahaDBT on the basis of caste category

The campus life is vibrant a perfect balance of studies and extracurricular activities.The library is well stocked with wide range of books from all aspects. It serves as a hub for academic growth and research. Vp provides modern classroom infrastructure to ensure that students have access to the best learning environments. There is NSS unit which provide social service activities like arranging blood donation drives, environment awareness campaigns and visit to local communities for outreach programs.

I have opted for PICT College pune for computer department but my seat for freezed in first rounf in VP College so I could not make it. Coming to rejection I did not get rejected from any college. The admission process in Vp College is pretty simple and easy . The cutoffs are according to caste category.

Some faculty members are helpful some fo partiality to students regarding marks and other activities .They dont let weak students to participate they only take active student so to grow college name in front of other colleges. The course structure is 6 months 1st sem and next 6 months 2nd sem. The marking scheme is 40 marks required out of 100 for passing in examination

The nightlife and surrounding araound campus is quite calm and refreshing compared to large urban centers. The college is surrounded with beautifull greenery and flowers. Campus has well rquiped gymnasium which stays open untill 8 pm.Its popular sport for students to physical unwinf after long lectures.There is big cafeteria and libarary that stays open till 7 pm. Hostel closing timing is 9pm. The famous hangout places around campus is Kanheri temple, Nakshtra garden etc. The cafes around also offers delicious cuisine like paddys cafe, pocket cafe etc.
