My Manipur Experience

I have keen interest and knowledge of Computer Science, and I wanted to study it further after doing graduation in it, so I decided to do M.Tech in Computer Science Engineering. In order to get a seat at a reputable institute, I worked hard to clear GATE. I got into this college through CCMT counseling. My college is well-known due to its facilities and high rankings.

For admission into this college, I had to appear for GATE and score high in it. I began studying for it during my graduation and attended various online lectures in order to know more about this exam. After clearing the exam, I got seat in this college via CCMT counseling. The admission process was smooth and everything was orderly arranged. All my academic transcripts were examined and verified.

My M.Tech program is of two years and it gave a detailed view of topics like Information Technology, OS, Semiconductor Devices and Circuits, and other important topics. We were taught about the latest innovations using digital methods. My teachers were well trained and they had deep knowledge of their respective subject. The practical classes helped me to know more about the topics and in a better manner. My teachers were highly qualified and some of them even had a degree from abroad institute.

My college have a hard-working placement cell. Each year, the quality and quantity of placement increases. Many reputed and renowned global companies like Google, Microsoft, Apple, TCS, Infosys, and others visited my campus during placement drive. These companies offered job roles like Computer Engineer along with a good package. During my batch, the highest package was of around 26LPA and lowest was of 10LPA. So, the average was 18LPA. I got placed at Apple with a package of 20LPA.

My program’s fee was on affordable side. It was ₹90,000 for a year, which I paid in two installments. My books and supplies were of around ₹5,000 for a year. I was not offered any scholarship and all the expenses were bore by me.

My campus was at a good location and widespread. The infrastructure was good and everything was maintained. The laboratories had computer systems of latest technology. The library and playgrounds were equally good. Many functions, competitions, and seminars were held after some intervals.
