My EAMCET rank was 30000 and I have applied for this college through the Government portal.As I belong to general category I didn't get any reservation.All the details of fee and application dates can be found in the EAMCET portal or in the official college website.

Course Curriculum Overview

We will have unit tests after the end of each chapter i.e amost for every 20 days and mid exams for every 2 and half months and end semester exams will be held after the completion of syllabus of each semester i.e for every 6 months

Internships Opportunities

Various projects we have worked on as a part of the mini and major project assessments and some of them were student identification through python language, attendance and fee details storage through database management systems and desiging the college website through HTML and CSS.

Placement Experience

Almost all the students who are better and just above average can get placement offers in various companies.An average of 88 percentage of student got placements.My plan after degree is to join the placement and later on move to abroad for higher studies.

Fees and Financial Aid

As I belong to the general category I didn't get any scholarship.I have received a placement offer from ADP company with a package of 6 lakhs per annum and in my 3rd year I have done an internship at HCL with a stipend of 30 thousand per month for 2 months.

Campus Life

Regaurding college clubs JBIET is far better than any other colleges in Hyderabad.There are many college clubs organised by students like the National Service Scheme (NSS), Student Activity centre (SAC),Sports club Jbiet and all these clubs run very actively.

Placement Experience:

Generally, students from 3rd year second semester are eligible for the placements. some, who are interns at a company earns the place to proceed for the rest of life. some others should try harder because they didnt get the internship. It is important to get internship. Companies do visit vasavi such as visa, silicon labs, cisco and more to pick interns or to pick engineers. percentage around 60-70 gets placed every year. Actually placements decreased after the recession.

The expected truth

Actually I haven't applied to any other colleges ,as my college selection was given by government since I was in conveyor quota . There will be counselling process of three rounds in which we should give the preferences to the desired colleges and according to your eamcet rank the government will allot you the college and I'm glad that I have got this college .there is nothing like rejection because I have got my seat in the first phase of counselling itself .admission process is quiet easy : should meet the admission head and fill the forms for admission and pay some amount for seat and eligibility is to complete intermediate , the exams accepted for our course is eamcet ,cutoff depends on the branch we are taking in...Read More
