Honest and personal opinion about Cooch behar college .

This Cooch behar college in Cooch behar only one College under Panchanan berma university offring Computer Science honours . Eligibility of this course are Science background in 10+2 level and 65 % minumum in PCM . Every student have to fill the application form online on the official; web portal of the college after that a merit list disclosed from the college side based on 12th merks and the applicants are called from the merit list at the top there is reservation system in admission process but the number of sits properly not disclosed from the college because every year 2 to 3 sits increses like in 2018 there is 25 sits in 2021 it increse to 30 . This courese in this college is very mew it starts from in 2015 so there lot to improve but most important thing to improvr is faculties .

I choose this course because I have great interest in computer science and I dont want do 4 years Btech . faculties in this college are good but number of faculties are very low and most of the available facuilties are guest teachers qualification of the faculties are also good teacheres are very friendly to the students . but the term exams are very very easy and not timely at all .

This is a state goverment college so fees are very low and fees hike also very very low 5500 to 6000 for per sem and exam fees thats all . as such no scolarship from the college side but if you are a West bengal resident and come from a reservation category then you eligible for some goverment scolarship there no job offering by the college on campus with stipend .

There no tech fest no sports or any other extra curricular activities in this college in swaraswati puja every year a event organized by the college . Availability of books and jurnals of the library is decent not good and not bad it's ok ok type And amenities in classroom is good .
