Remarks

No entrance examination is held for admission to this college. The college takes admission on the basis of 12th marks. One has to apply for admission through the college website when it is published and then will've to wait for the cut off list.

Faculty members are quite helpful throughout the course and even after the course, all possible efforts are made by them. The faculty-student ratio is about 1:7. Teachers are quite well qualified and have a unique teaching style. Terms are twice a year and the level is moderate to high

Fees are almost 8k for a year (can be a little up and down). State scholarship is also available for students like the Vivekananda scholarship and also other scholarships are also there. There is not that much fees hike in the college

Quite a friendly and helpful campus environment. And also there is an anti-ragging policy there in the college. The library is quite well maintained, and books and journals are available in the library. Some groups are there on social platforms. An annual sports competition is held by the College

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum was well-structured, and each semester, there were projects and presentations that also helped to test our knowledge. I got influenced as the curriculum provides us with financial economics, political economics, and Applied mathematics. The level of the exams was decent, related to the course. They could improve in teaching more practical knowledge and projects related to that, instead of only learning in a theoretical way.

Placement Experience:

Placements and job oppurtinities are less since this is an undergraduate college offwering honours degree. Though there is a placement and career councelling cell that looks over this matter. Placements are offered only in a few subjects, such as industrial chemisrty and computer science. The rate of placements are very high and come with high packages. Though I am not interested in placements, but I have started taking preparations for compititive exams. Such preparations are very supported here, rather than jobs and placements.
