Remarks

Admission process is little bit lengthy.you have yo pass jee mains exam with good rank.The exam is conducted by NTA.You will get all the reservation facility according to Constitution of india.The time of counseling must be reduced.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose Computer science as i want yo become a web developer.Faculty here are good and experienced teaching methods are easy and placement focused. Exams are held on semester basis and easy to pass since course is not much difficult.

Class Size: 90Course Fees: INR 130000 per year

Internships Opportunities

Companies like google,postman oracle and maruti suzuki provides internship from 5th semester onwards some are paid while some are non paid internships If you are looking for internship make one to two projects in your academic years.

Placement Experience

This is a placement college,from Computer science is approx 96 percent students got placed,some of the students go for Higher studies .here is the best thing about college that even if you are not from CS branch still you can get placed in software companies, Avg package of college is 10lpa And for CS average package is 15 lpa amd median is 12 lpa. Highest package was 62 lakh by google this year, companies like tata steel,oracle Infosys,larsen turbo frequently visited and offers good package

Fees and Financial Aid

You have yo expend 6 lakh for the course and 2 lakh on hostel so its not much expensive also you will get fee remmision if you are from ews or sc st caste.College can assist you with resources for your research and projects but no such scholarship program are their.

Campus Life

Annual fest is electika. Technical fest is aavartan and shruti is musical fest. Library is there which is accessible for limited time in day.Sports tournament are conducted by sports club shaurya. Nrityam is dance club of NIT Raipur which is run by students.

Hostel Facilities

Seats are limited in our college. You have to competete for seats in hostel by scoring good in your academics.Mess quality of food is overall average. Students who don't get hostel can live in PGs and rented house which are outside college camous.

Placement Experience:

The campus placements are decent, average package is somewhere around 10-11 LPA and lowest around 4 LPA where are the highest is around 65 LPA. around 70% of students get placed through campus placement. As this is an NIT, there are many intership opportunity and stipend varis from 10,000-35,000 per month. Companies like Adobe, AMD, Intel, Microsoft provide intership opportunities in this college and over 20% students get properly paid internships

Collage provides the best placements in the whole chattishgar, it is one of the few collages in the whole country which have a dedicated drone learning ecosystem. In the 2020-2024 session averge placement is around 11.6 LPA, with the higest pakage of 34LPA and lowest of 3.6LPA. Accourding to ratio of eligible candidate and placed candidate, 9-0 percent of then get placed. Not only the placements, collage also helps in finding internships as well.

Some major points where NIT Raipur stands out over the other colleges. It's Placements, being an NIT it's decent enough for anyone choosing a college in a peaceful and affordable city like Raipur. It's Alumni connections, that make the college foundation really strong. The Student Culture is really good for personal growth, for someone who is still figuring out his/her career NIT RR could be a really good college for them.
