Remarks

The eligibility criteria for admission here is the GGSIPU CET for which you have to score a minimum of 50% in your 12th examination. The application form is available on the GGSIPU website which is www.ipu.ac.in. 85% of seats are for Delhi candidates and 15% of seats are for Outside Delhi candidates.

Course Curriculum Overview

The reason why I opted for this course was my love for media which is fathomless. Talking about DME Media School's faculty, it's outstanding. The teachers are here extremely supportive, and kind and are always available for the students. The college has two examinations every semester that is, the internal exams and the external examinations

Internships Opportunities

The college gives internship opportunities to everyone. The internships are paid for a maximum time. It's extremely rare to find an unpaid internship here. The roles that students get as an intern are Social Media Marketing Intern, Editorial Intern, Assistant Director, etc.

Placement Experience

The placements of DME Media School are amazing. We have a placement cell through which big companies like The Economic Times, Hindustan Times, Dainik Jagran, Aaj Tak, NDTV and other prominent media house come and hire the students.

Fees and Financial Aid

The fee structure here is yearly based. You have to pay the fees per year, for example, Rs 97,000 is for the first year only. DME gives some benefits to the students by availing them scholarships. Students scoring good grades do get an opportunity for the same.

Campus Life

The life on the campus is outstanding. You meet a lot of people who have a different mindset which makes it easy for you to explore a lot. The books are also easily available. The library is like a temple for the bibliophiles out there.

the campus placement what i have learnt is that you will get a job only in your third year and can start internship in fourth semester. there are not many companies for journalism but you can still get jib offers for advertisement, content writer, social media and video editors if you have better relationship with the faculty they set you somewhere in the company

DME for media Students.

In ggsipu I first got jims Vasant Kunj college which is actually far away from my place and the distance between metro and college was alot, I found it so hectic to travel daily and also realised it is only possible if I've my own vehicle. Then I got Trinity institute of professional studies but that was something I didn't liked at all by infrastructure because it is too small just like a building but the quality of education is also very good there and distance between metro and college is just walking distance..
