Remarks

Dr. RMLIMS is the 2nd college that is preferred by NEET aspirants through state councelling. Since the number obtained in NEET depends on paper difficulty so the institute which you get depends on the rank you get in NEET. The admission process is like any other medical college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Faculties are very qualified. They have a very good experience (some teachers have 30 years of experience). We are also get taught by post-graduate teachers. Term exam occurs in 3 months. It is very difficult to pass them.

Internships Opportunities

3.5

After 4.5 years of study in mbbs course, there is a mandatory 1 year of internship. My college mbbs course started in 2017. The 2017 batch is yet to join the internship. The internship is done in the same hospitals attached to the college. The stipend is provided by the state government and it is the same in all state medical Colleges. It is 12500.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

The fee for each year differs. The fee for the first year was 60600. The second-year fee was 32000. The fee for the third year was 44500. These are only tuition fees. Those who are opted for a hostel have to pay another 4900 as a hostel fee. You can apply for up state government scholarship program.

Campus Life

2

There have been only 2 fests in our college. One in 2017 and one in 2018. After that, no fest happened due to COVID. But every year freshers party is done to welcome new batch. All kinds of books and journals are available in the library related to the available course in the college. The classroom is air-conditioned and comfortable. Here playing only a few spots is possible as there is no ground available in the college. But indoor games are available like table tennis. There are few Instagram accounts run by the students.

Hostel Facilities

3

There are 3 hostels available for students. 1) SC Rai hostel. It is for 1st-year boys students. They live there with pg students. This hostel is air-conditioned with 2 sitter rooms. They are provided a bed, chair, table, and almirah. 2) Hotel for girls. All the girls live in the same hostel. This hostel is non-air conditioned. But one can arrange a cooler. Ac is not allowed to install. But all the basic things are provided. 3) Saryu hostel. This hostel is 18km away from the college campus. This is 2 sitter hostel for all the boys other than 1st year. This is in non-ac facilities. But you can install cooler. Mess facilities are good. It is better than any medical College on up.

Course curriculum is know focused on more bedside teaching rather than of lectures of theory. You can have an idea of patient by looking at them in real-time while learning things of that particular condition and have a great idea about that situation of patient.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I want to be a doctor, which is obviously not an easy job. I want to feel the real world and their problem.it is necessary to be a good doctor to feel and observe the need of the time.they need to improve their playing grounds and courts, mess food and obviously the caretaker. Because caretakers don't know how to do their job they just do politics in the campus. And faculty also need to focus on student not on inner politics too.Management need to be a little strict on mischief students.

Balancing all the pros and cons, the overall experience was different and enriching for me. I appreciate it more now especially the skills I learnt there have made me a more adjustable person. Ragging is something that should stop, but then again insolence towards seniors should not be tolerated either.
