Course Curriculum Overview

5

When I was in 2nd class then on report card I have to write which is your aim in future or what you want to become in future . Then there I I choose that I want to become a doctor and from then I I have dream that I become eligible doctor . Second doctor is very noble profession and it is my honour that I am serving the people and save the lives of the people . This profession teaches me a lot like how to cope with the situations and how to react very quickly in every situation . It help us to improve our skills and also our mental health and makes a strong mentally and emotionally .. I should suggest that there is a improvement in online lectures also provided for the MBBS course because there is little bit difficulty in the college to go there and study there because some scarcity of faculties in the college so qualitative education is not provided as it should be provided. The MBBS course offers four exams which are little bit hard to clear and there is little difficulty in clearing the exam. The timing of the exam is from 9:00 a.m. to 12 p.m.. The terminal occurs at the gap of 3 months while the pre professional exam and the professional exam occur at the gap of 1 month.

Internships Opportunities

4

As I have mentioned earlier that it is a Medical college so their is no companies come here to provide the internship. There is a government hospital attached with the college which provides internship to the students after completing their 4.5 year course out of the 5.5 year course. The students get a opportunity in the hospital. And use this opportunity to develop their skills . The students work under the senior resident doctors in the hospital and help them their in several ways. The stipend varies according to the college. However the stipend I get in Maharani Laxmi bai medical college jhansi is rupees 12000 which may be increased to 18000 later. But now the students get rupees 12000 per month as their stipend. The task are quite simple but the internship course is harder as the students are busy all over the time and their duty time is from 12 hours to 36 hours without any sleep . It increases the work load on the students and the students feel depressed and anxiety increase due to the less sleep..

Fees and Financial Aid

I am paying indian rupees 33000 for my mbbs one year fees and it includes 3600 hostel fees ,2400 electricity fees ,9000 tution fees and 10000 security fees , admission fees 2000 , development money 2000 , other 4000... And for the ST , SC and Obc the fees is 33000 while for general category the fees is 42000 . Including 3600 hostel fees , 2400 electricity fees, 18000 tution fees, 10000 security fees, 2000 admission fees , 2000 development fees, and other fees 4000.. there are lot of scholarship programs available for the students out of which Uttar Pradesh scholarship is the best one which is providing 9000 to obc candidates and 18000 to other categories candidates like general . There is also deduction in the caution money after the first year . From the second year the fees will be only 22000 for obc , st , sc candidates while it will be 33000 for the general category candidates.. so according to fees It and it is affordable for even a middle class student.. and one can pursue mbbs easily from this college..

Campus Life

5

Overall the campus of this college is spread into 360 acres which is second largest campus of any Government medical College in India after Government medical College Nagpur. There are two fest are held in the college. First the name of the fest is iris which is the organised in the month of December and there is a lot of sports and other curriculum activities in this first. Second the fear name is srijan which is held in the month of April and mainly culture activities of performed in this fest. There is a library present in the college which is for the students to go there and study there and I think the books are not present there. As I mentioned that this college was inaugurated in 1972 so there is lack of modern in infrastructure. The classrooms are not good according to the college and the boards are dull and not easily visible. The bench quality are good but the windows are not good. Air conditioner is not available. There is some electricity problems also and labs are also not properly maintained due to which the students are facing difficulties in performing their practicals. There is a large ground available in the college in which we can play the sports like cricket football volleyball and there is a separate badminton court in the hostel and the ground is of large size so we can play easily many outdoor games and fore table tennis there is also table tennis court .. no there is no social group available offered for students. Yes but there are many WhatsApp group running which providing formations about the activities which should people formed in the college and will be performed in the college in upcoming future..

Hostel Facilities

3

Hostel fees of the college is 3600 only. Every student get a single room here from the first year and in room we get a fan , light and almirah and bed and table chair. We get a breakfast in the morning which main includes parathas and poha and pasta. After that in the noon we get rice chapati dal and variety of vegetables. And it is also same for night. However we also get a special diets on Wednesday Friday Saturday and the mess which closed on the Sunday night and we go outside to eat food at Sunday night. In special diets we get chole bhature and kachori roti and gulab jamun. But the quality of the food can be better. It feels some lack of quality and we are not satisfied with the hostel food .the registration process for the hostel is along with the college admission. There we get a paper on which there is written of hostel which you are allotted. And the fees of the hostel is 3600 which is very low as compared to the hostel fees of the other colleges and it is affordable for the students of middle class family and also for the poor families. The locals are good but not as much safe . There may be some fear from the people and the area is not safe. The outside roads are not safe because of overspeeding of the drivers and also reckless driving which is also not good for the others . But however we can live easily outside. There is relatively good safe area as compared to the area of the uttar pradesh. The hostel bathroom and washroom are not properly maintained and the the roof has dipping water and there is not cleaning in the hostel properly .

Admission

After clearing the neet examination I applied for various colleges in my state but due to the high cut off in Rajasthan state I cannot get a better college . I am also participated in all India counselling and also in the state counselling. Then I first tried in state counselling then I get Chittorgarh college which is Newer college so there is lake of infrastructure there then I get college in Barmer which is also Newer college and there is also lack of infrastructure there so I avoid those colleges. Then I applied for all in the counselling and I get college maharani Lakshmi Bai medical College Jhansi. I opted this college because it is a old college and there is sufficient infrastructure and sufficient instruments available to pursue my course of MBBS . Secondly I choose this college because the distance between my hometown and the colleges lesser as compared to the college of the other states . Third the government hospital attached to this college is highly efficient and there is a very good patient so it helps to me a lot . 4th the campus of these college is spread into 360 acres which provided very good environment and large space to study and enjoy your mbbs degree. I get confirm college in Government medical College Chittorgarh and Government medical College of Madhya Pradesh but in Rajasthan College there is a lack of infrastructure and the fees is very high and in Madhya Pradesh in the college is also new and the pieces also rs 150000 rupees which is very more for a middle class family. No I didn't get a rejection from any college but due to lesser marks I don't get admission some colleges according to neet exam. First you have to clear the neet examination and on the basis of this exam the students get college . The cut off of this college is 670 marks for general and OBC candidates and 584 for st and sc candidates.

Faculty

4

The faculty to student ratio is preety low in the college. There is a scarcity of faculty in the college .. the faculties behave properly with the students and there is very polite nature towards the students. The nature and the teaching way of the faculties is also good. The anatomy professor Dr Abhishek Shukla , doctor Ruchi Jain mam , and the demonstrators are doctor Aniket mattani sir and doctor Kajal mam. Physiology faculty include doctor Prince Verma sar doctor Abhishek Patel sir doctor Vinay Patel sir doctor Saurav Chakraborty sir . And biochemistry faculty include Dr Prabhakar Singh bais sir , doctor Chanchal mam doctor Yash kesarvani sir . All faculties of the college have a very good experience and there is a very polite behaviour towards the students.. the MBBS 1st year college includes four types of exam. The first internal exam , the second internal exam , the pre professional exam and the final professional exam ... Out of these the first internal , second internal and the pre professional exam is conducted by college and the final professional exam is conducted by respected University. Out of 150 batch strength over 145 students are able to clear the exam while on an average 5 students get failed in exam. The course curriculum is according to the and NMC guidelines and it is very much relevant to the college.

Night Life

4

There is a very pleasant cold and chill environment in the college at night time and provide a very peaceful environment for the students . Students can easily go from hostel at late nights in college campus however they should remain alert from the snakes and other animals . There is an outdoor yoga gym in the ground of the college where you can go and do yogas and some exercise . There are many shops in the college and the cafeteria are outside the college but there number is very large so no one Will face any difficulty. There is a library in the college where you can go and study there in late nights . There is an hospital attached with this college so the college has plenty of person at late nights so there is no fear. There are three gates of the college out of which the gate number 3 will close at 7:00 p.m. in the evening and the gate number 2 closed at 9 or 10 pm while the gate number 1 open every time. The famous places to go at night in the campus is there are the roads .

Course Curriculum Overview:

The profession I'm in is medical. The toughest of all. As from the starting I wished to be a doctor. The one who is second to a God. The one who is respected the most. The one who does the most prestigious job. As per the curriculum we have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years plus we have to attend the clinical posting in hospital , which exposes us to real world. The posting time is the time given to students from second year till year last. Improvement can be done in passing the exam part which is 50% in each subject. It can be 40 % marks. Currently I've given my MBBS second year which was hectic because of the vast syllabus. We have total of 5.5 year course for an undergraduate degree. Out of which 4.5 years is about studies rest one year is internship in hospital. We have to study all 19 subjects in just 4.5 years. The mbbs course is very lengthy. Each and every subject is very vast. So we have to study maximum time. So all the very best those who aspire to be a great doctor
