Remarks

I got admission through an entrance test. I got 75 % marks in it and got a 25% scholarship. The test contained MCQs like aptitude, basic grammar skills, basic history and current affairs. After performing this online proctored test i had an group discussion of about 10 students then a personal interview. After that aggregate score is calculated and the scholarship is declared

I chose this course because of my interest in future technologies. The faculty is very helpful and supportive teachers are highly qualified and remain in good communication with students. Every professor is PhD holder in his/her specific domain. Except for one or two every professor is dedicated to his / her duty

Currently, I am in my second year as per seniors students mostly get placements in mass recruiter companies only a few students are placed in some companies with packages of 12-14 LPA whereas 2-3 students get places for 20+ LPA.

Fees are based on the admission time at the early stages fees are less as seats are filled fees go on increasing. Scholarship is based on tests offered by the university or on the base of grades in exams or JEE.

Many fests are organized regularly such as branch-specific or annual fests. Mostly after every month, there is a small function/fest. Sports facilities are very good there is good infrastructure including sports arena 3 basketball courts and cricket ground and basketball court one-one each. The communities including dance singing art etc are there and very active

Life at Amity University Haryana

Placement Experience:

College placements have improved over the years and this year 24-25 was really good for the placements . Students become eligible for the placements from the 6th semester onwards for Engineering and for other courses from their Final year . This year the highest package was 50LPA given by Amazon to one of our student and the average package was 4.5 LPA and the lowest package was 3.1 LPA . Many companies visited this year and still placements are going on around 80 percent students got placed. I am also looking towards campus placement otherwise I would go for MBA from Abroad.

the placements are fine , companies come regularly and they give offers too. ufortunatly the students are not eligible for jobs due to their reappear in previous subjects . or not enough credits. students can sit for placement from 5th sem . around 20% students get placed.I would grab a job after my degree .

You pursue engineering from Manav Rachna University

I choose Sri Venkateswara college in DU before Manav Rachna. I also got admitted in the first cutoff list because I had scored 91 % in my 12th boards. The reason I didn't join that college is just because of the distance. I love in Faridabad with my family and the travelling to Satya niketan would be almost 1.5 hours one side each day. I didn't want to tire myself with that. Whereas manav Rachna is 10 mins away from my house walking distance. The addmission at manan rachna was quite easy and there was not even a entrance test for the simple entrance. There was a entrance test only for students who wanted to apply for scholarships. I applied through a referral and filled out the forms required by them with all my details and paid the fees and it was done. Private colleges in India I feel are more concerned about the money from students and not concerned about the quality of students they're admitting into their colleges.
