- Faculty support is very good and the teachers are supportive in School of Design
- The campus is huge and the food places are really good. We have Subway, Domino's, Nescafe, and many other personal outlets
- Every block is fully air conditioned and is very pleasant
Dislikes
- The attendance system which treats you like school students
- The community of gujars which try their best to ruin any good event that is conducted
- The time table which is fully packed from 8 am to 3:30 pm
Course Curriculum Overview
I choose this course as I was always interested in designing and making cool stuff. Animation is one of the things I always wanted to master and explore new ways of doing it and with the help of the faculty I think I can achieve it.
Internships Opportunities
There are many different companies that offer internship. Start up businesses, already in play companies and many more. The work can be designing the logo or making a card planning over the work and working under a senior.
Placement Experience
The placements are good and the facilities in the college are really helpful. They have tie-ups with Vancouver university new york for animation and have regular seminars and webinars. They update us on multiple softwares and teach us about them
Fees and Financial Aid
For animation 1st sem it was 2 lakhs and for 2nd sem it's 85 thousand and this repeats for 4 years For scholarship they conduct an exam MRNAT And the scholarship they provide is not good It will just apply on tution fee and is very less and for the scholarship you'll have to maintain 85% attendance And do the work on time.
Campus Life
Fests like Resurrection 2024 and garba night, freshers party, farewell parties, Diwali night and many more happen occasionally there is a huge library with 2 floors full of books which can be issued and more. In animation there are labs with laser cutter, 3d printers, fashion labs and computer labs with Gtx 1650 and 3d lab with RTX 3070 in every pc with a dual monitor setup having a screen pen tab and a monitor from asus
Admission
I choose this course because I wanted to learn more about animation and the people in college are really helpful. I didn't get rejected from any college i applied in. Amity University Noida approved my admission right after 6 hrs of the exam they took.
Faculty
The faculty is actually very nice and can be approached anytime. They are always supportive and helpful, we as students always get treated as friends from the faculty but when it's working time they do their job very effectively. Mister Swarib siddique is one of the best faculty in our department.
Interview Experience
Yes in Group discussion we had given the topic of how we got into the design field and what are we looking to do in the future The interview had a portfolio check and personal interview with the faculty.
Night Life
There is a very nice gym which is open till 10 pm in campus. The cafeteria is mostly open till 8 or 9 pm The library is open till 8 pm And there is a Indore badminton court which can be used by all the students when available
