Admission was through wbjee counseling. If you get to this college through counseling then you will have to apply on IEM website for admission. The admission fee is Rs 88,700. Decreasing Management Quota will be better for general candidates.

I choose the Computer science and engineering because I am too much interested in coding section as well as more placement in it sector. Here faculty is good most of the faculty is done M.tech. students are average for study .Exams are usually held at the end of January and June. Papers are moderate to tough and passing is a bit difficult for mediocre students unless you apply a substantial amount of effort. College previous year papers and professors' notes are enough. If one goes through them properly it's sufficient

The companies visiting here are Tcs, Wipro, Cognizant, Capgemini, Oracle, Amazon, etc. Companies with higher LPA offer 10 to 20 offers while mass recruiters hire around 200 students. The highest package offered was by LinkedIn 41 LPA and the average is near 5 LPA. Almost 100 percent of students of CSE get placed. I wish to get a job at a good product based company after BTech

The fee is nominal but high when compared to other private colleges in West Bengal. The average cost is around Rs 6 lakhs for four years. Here the majority of students get placed on campus with an average package of around 5 lakhs per annum. Most of the students are placed in TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Capgemini, and Cognizant. Here state of bihar students used his Bihar student credit to get 4 lakh loan .And also other form Bihar post matric scholarship. In this college mainly students come from Bihar , jharkhand, Bengal and some of them from UP. But I didn't want to compare with other colleges like bits pilani,viit, because here course fee is too much less and get good facility in this amount .

Lots of fests are held by the college like Innovation, Diversion, etc every month. The library is quite good and has a lot of books related to the syllabus. The classroom is large and airy with a sound system and projector in every room. Sports are held but since the campus size is less it is held in Uem Campus. The clubs are Toastmaster's club, Rotary Club and a lot nearer about 20 more clubs.

Hostel facility is too good and less amount to paid compare to other states Colleges hostel.Hostel is fully accomodate with wifi .The availability of food is also well . food is available in morning, afternoon, evening and dinner. Hostel room is too big and one room 4 students accommodate. 12 thousand fee of 6 months. I mean 2 thousand per month for hostel accommodation.and for food you have to par according to your diet.overally you have to pay 5 thousand per month for hostel accommodate wit h food. If you rented a room or pg the cost will be same .room charges may be 1500rs or 2000 rs per month it depends upon room size and facilities . Charge may be increased. Outside mess Is not too good compare to hostel mess
