Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) Review

Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU) is one of the quality institutes of India that provides very good education in terms of LAW and as well as placement. The admission is through CLAT and I have submitted the admission form in the institute I was called for the PI round after I got selected according to my CLAT and academics score. The admission process was smooth and all the admission-related formalities were completed within a short period of time.

The curriculum of the college is to the point and cover all the legal related terms and is curriculum properly describes the corporate regularities and importance of legal governance. The faculty is highly qualified and they are properly aware of all the corporate legal information. The faculty is the one that helps us to understand the complicated sections and articles and provides us with necessary tips to remember these articles and concepts.

Mainly after completing the LLM program most of us considered opting for personal practice but if we wanted to opt for a corporate world job the college also provides a very good opportunity and a very good option for a corporate job. AZB & Partners, Singh & Associates, ICICI Bank, Lakshmikumaran & Sridharan, Trilegal, Marico Limited, HS Advocates were some of the firms and companies that took part in the college placement drive. The highest placement offer was around 8.35 LPA and the average package was 3.50 LPA.

The college fees are not so high the course fee is around 131000 but then also college offer very good scholarship programs Central Sector Scholarship Scheme, Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern Region, Scholarship for Specially Abled Students, Minority Scholarship and many more such scholarship schemes are available.

The college campus is very nicely planned and it is huge and properly maintained. The college also has a sports facility and we also have cricket and football ground and recreational are is also available for us. The college cafeteria is very popular and in the cafeteria, the hygiene is properly maintained. The college library is one of the best places where most of the time is spent because there we are able to find all types of books related to each section, articles and recent supreme court judgments. The library has more than 15000 book collections. The campus is equipped WiFi facility and a medical facility is also available for us. The books in the library can be availed on a subscription basis with the latest journal and legal magazines.

The hostel rooms are very nicely managed. The rooms are fully furnished and the rooms are available as double and single accommodation and the room has beds, study table with chair and almirah. The hostel is within the college campus and easily approachable. The hostel has a Gym facility and a medical facility is also available.
