VIT- All you want to know

I gave the VITEEE which was just like JEE but with less difficulty. I attempt the VITEEE in 2021 and I got selected with a rank of 10378. You have to check for vit emails or websites for registrations, as my teachers told me to register when the forms were out. I don't think of any improvement because as per my rank I got mechanical and that is obvious.

I was going for Computer science but I was giver Mechanical course although I don't think that I can do cs as I don't have any knowledge about it. So mechanical is good for me. There are so many faculties here at least 4 10 for each subject or course. All faculties are qualified some do b tech some b com some MTech and also some are from IITs so they all teach so good like you will understand everything if you pay attention just a minor negative point is that they all speak English in south Indian accent so sometimes its difficult to understand. There are 3 exams with quizzes, CAT 1 CAT 2 and FAT are the mains. FAT is the final exam every 5 weeks they conduct the exam.

Companies like dell amazon hp tata motors PayPal come for internships, The placement begins in January and ends a year later Students get the opportunity to work with the best companies with more than 3 lakhs of stipend.

From the 6th sem the student can go for campus placement, companies like PayPal amazon Audi, BMW, Mahindra and Microsoft and much more visited the last year 2021 the no of offers were made around 700 with an average pack of 7 lakhs and highest was 45 lakhs and lowest was 5 lakh. My plans after getting the BTech degree are to go for MTech and then UPSC.

Fess is average according to your rank if you got to rank from 1 to 20000 then you will get category 1 to 5 fees where you have to choose but if your rank is above 20000 then you will be given category 4 and 5 which is costly.

Due to covid no fest and events were conducted but as per my knowledge VIT conduct many fests like dance, gaming competitions sports competition etc. Books and other educational material are available in the library. VIT has indoor games like tennis badminton swimming etc. Vit has many clubs and chapters where you can join any of them with your interest.

Hostel facility is good they have hygiene rooms and bathrooms they have 1 bed 2 bed 3 bed 4 bed and 6 bedrooms also they have an apartment but they are little costly. The meal is good you will be provided with breakfast lunch snacks and dinner and if you miss your dinner or lunch there is a canteen which is available for 24 hours so whenever you feel hungry you can buy and eat from there.
