A general review of Chitkara University

In Chitkara University, the student is required to have 60% marks in 12th. Students can get admission on the basis of Jee Mains marks or first come first serve. There is no reservation for admissions and tuition fees. Students can get admission forms at Chitkara University's official website.

The faculty at Chitkara University is awesome. There is a hierarchy structure. Students of each semester are divided into 4 clusters. Each cluster includes 4-5 groups. Each group has 60 students. A group is divided into 2 subgroups. The teachers at Chitkara University have a Ph.D. degree. They are highly educated. They help us whenever we need them. Also, we can do research with teachers. In, Chitkara University there are formative assessments every two weeks and Sessional tests every month. Scores of these tests will count for GPA along with the End Term Exam. Exams are moderate to pass. FAs(Formative Assessment) are easy to pass.

Infosys gives internships with a stipend of 5-10k. Some other companies also give good internships. Making a project is essential. We can make E-commerce, social media apps for placements to showcase. We should have the skills required for internships and we should be good in DSA.

Placements are good at chitkara university. The minimum package is 4 LPA. Companies like Amazon, Google, TCS, Infosys, Tech Mahindra, Oracle visit campus. The average package is 6 LPA and the highest package is 32 lp. About 99.2% of the students got placed. My plan after my degree is to get placement in a product-based company.

The tuition Fee is 92000 for the 1st semester and 82000 for the remaining semesters. Tuition fees got a hike of around 2000rs every year. We can get funding of up to 2,50,000rs for startups. Almost 100% of students got placed. This year's highest package was 32lakh per annum from Amazon.

In our college, there is a Cultural fest named Algorythm. It is generally conducted in the month of October. It is a huge event. For reading books, we have a nice library. In the library, there are thousands of books and tens of mac computers. We can avail of any book for almost 25 days. The library and classrooms are fully air-conditioned. There are many clubs and societies, for cultural activities, there is c2s_2 society. For example, c2s2 bhangra, c2s2 tasveer, css2 panache(for modelling). There are technical clubs also, such as IEEE, IEST, ISTE, ACM. There is also a website run by students csecrew.cf.

In our hostel, there are 8 floors. Each room is 4 sharing rooms. In rooms, we have 3fans, 1 cooler, attached washroom. Study Tables. The hostel has attached a mess for food. food quality is superb. At dinner, we also got some sweets with dinner. Students can register for hostel facilities through their chalk pad accounts. Chalkpad is software from chitkara for students, where we can see our attendance, marks, and notices.
