Remarks

You are applicable for this course if you passed your 12th exam with 60%. For this course, if an applicant wants to get an application form then he may use our college's official, and then anyone can apply online for admission. I entered this college with zero application fees because they provided the application form free for all the students. Finally, I got admission on 2 September 2020. Cutoff for applicants for this stream is above 60% from any board in the 12th examination.

Course Curriculum Overview

I choose this course because almost 100 students are getting placement from this college with this course. This is one the best college in Howrah city. the college contains five thousand students from all the courses. In our college, all the courses are available for bachelors and several labs are available for each subject. In my point of view, this is the best college because it provides all the facilities and teachers are familiar with students. The teachers are well qualified from top colleges of India and they have good experience of teaching, they teach us very well. our exams were held semester wise i.e in every six months.

Internships Opportunities

Many companies had offered our college like TATA Consultancy Services, Hindustan Unilever, etc. Many of students placed every year from our college's course. Projects from our colleges are (the right choice, restaurants, industrial buildings, etc.)

Fees and Financial Aid

I am studying in this college and I gave only 20-25 thousand for my course till now. I can say easily that it is the lowest fees other than all the colleges. I didn't get any scholarship but scholarship faculty is available in this college.

Campus Life

The College campus is too vast, it can contain almost 8-10 thousand students at a time. Our college celebrates all the national festivals or any program in a good manner, they arrange all the fest nicely. College has a big library which has all the books we want. several classrooms and labs are available for each subject. The college has a playground for games in which we can play any sports. The sports facility is also available, our college arranges tournament every year.

The field tricks are done sometimes to make us understand the reality and the course is really good. I love that and the field trip helps us a lot to explain and to learn things that happening around us and foods are provided from the school or sometimes on trips, I'm really happy with my college.

Course Curriculum Overview:

There are several prospects, especially peer-to-peer counseling, where you get a mentor. We call it mentor mentee program. So, there will be groups of students, and each group will have a mentor who helps you whenever you face any issues whether in real life or in your academic journey. They’re always there for you. There are also remedial classes, and extracurricular activities are included in the curriculum. You even get the freedom to choose what you want to pursue creatively, like joining poetry clubs and similar groups. Right now, I’m at Banaras University, and the curriculum here is really good. We have sessions on public speaking, how to conduct interviews, and many other practical skills. These are highly commendable because they help you in professional situations like the one I’m in now. However, I would say that teachers could be a bit more active with electronic tools like using PPT presentations or audio-visual methods instead long lecture sessions. As for exams, I wouldn’t say they’re too difficult because there are many weekly assessments and sessionals, which actually help you evaluate yourself better.
