MNIT Jaipur Review

MNIT Jaipur is ranked among the top 40 colleges of India by MHRD. I was looking for a college with a good placement record and a good engineering program. MNIT Jaipur is a popular college in India in terms of placement, engineering curriculum and faculty ratio. So I decided to opt for MNIT Jaipur. To be part of MNIT Jaipur I have to clear the GATE exam and must secure a minimum of 60% marks in my bachelor's degree with the related stream. I applied for the college after getting clear in the GATE exam through the CCMT portal. The admission process of the college is smooth and the staff is very cooperative. You wont feel any kind of hindrance during the admission process. The staff member was always available to help us out.

The curriculum of the program is very flexible and is properly in sync with real-world scenarios. The curriculum follows all the industrial guidelines and international standards. I really got to learn a lot from MNIT Jaipur. We are properly given in-depth knowledge about our program from basic level to advance. Every step is taught in a fun learning way so that every concept is properly clear to us. Case study methods, class quizzes, industrial visits etc help us to understand the concept very clearly.

The internship is part of the curriculum but it is optional if any of the students who are involved in any project activity or research work can skip the internship by providing the relevant documents to the placement cell. The placement committee provides us with a list of the companies taking part in the summer internship program. The stipends range from Rs. 25000/- to Rs. 1,00,000/-. Around 40+ companies visited our campus during the summer internship program.

The college has a good placement record. The college has a record of 100% placement and the college provides good placement for engineering. The college placement committee is very hardworking and supportive they help us and guide us through every round of the placement. The highest package for our batch was around 38 LPA and the average package for our batch went up to 12 LPA. Few of my batchmates receive the pre-placement offers during the internship program. Around 120+ companies visited the campus during the college placement drive. Apple, Qualcomm, Analog Devices, Nvidia, Philips, Samsung, Oracle, Amazon, Texas, Microsoft, Infosys, etc are the companies that visited our campus during the college placement drive.

The campus life of the college is good. The college organises various sports activities in the college. The college is equipped with a badminton court, volleyball court, basketball court on the campus. The college also organises fests like Blitzschlag is the cultural fest and Sphinx is the tech. The college library is equipped with all types of academic and non-academics books from around the world. The college classrooms are big and spacious. The labs are also available for every department. The labs are equipped with modern facilities and equipment.

The hostel rooms are available on triple and single sharing. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities like study tables for every student and wardrobes for every student. The rooms are properly cleaned on regular basis. The hostel is well maintained. The mess food of the hostel is good and the menu keeps on changing. The hostel provides us with all the basic facilities and equipment.

The college never compromises with the quality of the faculty. The faculty of the college are very experienced and professional. Most of the faculty are of PhD level with industrial exposure which is very beneficial to us. The faculty are masters in their respective subjects.
